It is close to where I needed to be. Although the freeway noise and pollution make it less desirable.
Friendly staff. Very responsive. When we asked for some pots and pans, they brought a whole basket full of kitchen utensils in less than 10 mins. Wonderful service.
Clean, but hard bed. Leak in ceiling above shower that obviously has been there a while but they seemed surprised when I reported it. Breakfast was a disappointing "grab and go" consisting of muffins, oatmeal, granola bars, and coffee--that's it.
They gave me a very small one bed room, but I booked a two bed room. Their computers were down, so they said there was nothing they can do. They had a bad attitude about the whole situation. I'll never stay there again.
In my only night stay, there were two instances I couldn't get in. First instance was 11pm. I had a hard time getting in. After a couple of minutes, it was fine. The worst one was at 2:30am. I couldn't get in and it took about 1 hour to get door open until the staff decided to give me another room. Loss of an hour sleep there and the inconvenience.
Stayed here for a business trip because all other hotels around the area were sold out. If I could, I would stay somewhere else.

This was the scariest, worst property I have ever stayed at. It was absolutely filthy; walking on the carpet turned your feet black. There were used needles in the parking lot. The laundry service person adjacent to our room kept his radio blaring all night long. It should be called the Homeless Suites instead of Homestead Suites. And it wasn't super cheap either. Overall yulk, yulk, yulk.
