The restaurant is NOT open for lunch and dinner like it says on the listing. It is only open for breakfast. The airport shuttle is not a real shuttle. 48 hours is needed to see if the driver they use is even available. The front desk told me to use uber when it is illegal in Costa Rica.

This hotel is in a centrally located area in San Jose with nice dining options nearby, shopping, museums, and theaters. Each room is unique and clean. The breakfast bar has nice fresh fruit, eggs, pinto, plantains, toast, creal, cheese, juice, coffee, and tea available. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The property is very centrally located---just minutes to the National Museum of CR, restaurants, theaters, etc. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was good--they did not serve any meat at all but overall good.

We stayed one night after we landed in San Jose. This is a traditional hotel, comfortable, central and with very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Be prepared to drive in circles to find the hotel. Once you do, it’s hard to find a safe place to park. The hotel recommends a place and it cost you 14$ to park. Breakfast was terrible. There was no food other than some watermelon. Coffee was scarce and you’re lucky if you get a cup. Oh watched the cooks sit there eating while the guests sat there with nothing.
