Exactly as described. Property was very prompt with requests. Dryer did not work and was replaced same day within hours. I will be renting this property again if it's available wheel i need to visit Costa Rica. Thank you for being such a great property owner.

Great Location, Excellent Host

My sister, my dad, and a couple of our adult cousins stayed at the house for a week while visiting our Costa Rican friends and family. The bedrooms were perfect for us. The outdoor space was better than the picture. The kitchen had everything we needed after a walk to one of the many neighborhood stores. We even visited the urban vineyard a few blocks away. Emilio was quick to respond to our inquiries and an excellent host. The only suggestion I have is to update the picture of the front of the house. It is now covered with beautiful vines and purple flowers. I would love to visit again.

Amazing Host!

Emilio was a great host. Upon arriving to the property, everything was ready for my family and I to stay. There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with ample space. I was able to work remotely for the 2 days we stayed. Although we had issues with the fridge, Emilio took care of it right away. The house was in a safe neighborhood. Thank you for everything, Emilio. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.
