Our home is a corner unit (404A) 2-bed 2-bath that is located on the 4th floor at Mykonos Beach Resort allowing for breathtaking views of the entire Costa Azul beach and bay. Enjoy the view from either of two balconies or watch the surf break, Zippers, from your living room though large windows that frame Zippers beach and Palmilla point. This unit features beautifully done upgrades throughout to give a modern and functional style to the home. Ocean front cozy and spacious condominium walking distance to restaurants and 4-5 minute Uber into San Jose’s lively downtown art area. Full kitchen should you decide to dine in. Tours and sport rentals available from numerous concierge service providers in the area. Information and guide available in our personal guide located in the condo. Mykonos Bay condos offer 3 oceanfront pools (2 heated). The 25 meters long unheated pool is perfect or swimming laps while the larger heated pool is also long enough for laps. A hot tub, fire pit and lots of lounging areas, all with a great view and direct access to the beach are shared with only 72 units. Gated and secure grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained. A spacious, well equipped gym overlooks the ocean with outdoor training areas. Tennis and Pickle-ball too. Fully wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful condo with amazing views! Beds are super comfy. Master bedroom with 2 dressers & a walk-in closet that also leads to the master bathroom. The room is bright with plenty natural light & has its own furnished veranda. No worries! A dual layer of roller shades block the bright sun & allow tenants to sleep in. The room has its own tv & you can log into your favorite streaming platforms. Typical A/c units you find in Mexico & ceiling fans. A small fan is in the closet.Fully stocked kitchen, minus food. Plenty of plastic cups to use at the pool, food storage containers, silverware, plates, bowls, cookware, beach & bath towels. A small cooler and a larger cooler are provided & we were provided a couple bags of ice to use for drinks & the coolers. At least 4 beach chairs & 3 large beach umbrellas; a boogie board too. Watch the sunrise & the daily surfers while sipping on a cup of coffee. Folgers was provided but we went to Chedraui Selecto & got some amazing Mexican coffee & blueberry muffins. Yum!!Encountered issues were minor: TV in spare bedroom was not functioning properly. We could not locate the Firestick. Hot water takes time to kick in. Turn on sink & shower to help it along. If more than 2 people, with a 20 gallon water heater, you need to schedule/coordinate showers. OR, do an RV shower: turn on water, wet yourself down, turn off water & lather up & turn water back on & rinse. Rent this condo! You will love it, have no regrets & dream of your return trip.

Belen’s condo was immaculate! The decor was very tasteful. It was really nice to have a W/D in the unit as well. The location was perfect for us to be able to check the surf spots, and they were so close! The grounds were beautiful, and staff was very friendly. The on site gym was terrific, all you needed, and hardly anyone there. I mostly had it to myself. It felt super safe, security was making their rounds on the property 24/7. Pools were beautiful. It is a quiet family spot. We absolutely loved it and are already making plans to return!

Beautiful condo right on the beach with fantastic ocean views from two balconies, living room and kitchen. Great location in San Jose with easy access to all that San Jose has to offer. Beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean. We met the housekeeper as we arrived before check-in time, she was lovely, gave us some towels so we could wait by one of the spectacular beachside pools. The place was spotless. Easy drive to a fantastic grocery store and to swimmable beaches.

Great place in Mykonos

We have been coming to Mykonos for over 20 years and love it! The host was amazing - she even let us check in early since we were already staying on property at a different unit. The condo was clean and beds were really comfy. Great views from decks and kitchen. We would recommend staying here to anyone. Mykonos is a special place.

A great find!

This was such a great place and location! If you're thinking about booking here, don't hesitate! I've stayed north and south of this location and this is by far the best! The beach is level with the building and you don't have to walk down a cliff to get to it. It's a walkable beach and it's great to watch the surfers. Also an easy walk along the beach to grab a bite at Zippers or Pescadito Break. Walk along the road for a quick bite at Agave and also easy to get across the street to get to the bakery via Krystal Grand next door. The unit itself is nicely appointed with everything you need.for a vacation. Clean and comfy beds! Loved the guacamole, chips and local beer as a welcome treat! The views from the unit are unmatched! I just can't say enough good things about this place and am alreay planning my return visit. No where else would i rather stay!

The place was awesome. This was our first time to Cabo and this property was a great location. We had several friends also get vrbos at this same location so we could all be together for a wedding and it was amazing! Property owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend!
