This property was not ready to be rented. Avoid! They were quick to take our money but not in responding. Tried contacting the host a few times in advance of our checking time as we needed to plan our travel logistics and they were none respondent. Once they responded they said they were very busy renovating and didn’t provide the information we asked . On arrival we were met with old bedding that was not matched , some so old that had holes. The mattresses were dirty and had not been aired not turned in years. Some towels also old The place had not been cleaned and there was dust everywhere . Not the way you want to start a holiday is cleaning! The apartment has recently gone through some renovations - new kitchens and bathrooms.They would look nice one they are finishedUnfortunately they were not ready for our stay , and had been rushed , there was grout left on the showered that blocked the pipes, the hot water was not turned on in one of them leaving it to us to guess how the hot water worked ( not done in a normal way) On day 2 we started see some wet in on of the ceilings which ended up in a massive leaks with the ceiling having to be taken down by a plumber. This caused so much stress. The outside area had so much dust . The parasol was broken and the cushions so dirty I needed to vacuum clean them in advance . In summary the place was dirty and not ready. We were offered a small refund , not enough to cover for the time/effort we put in sorting their mess
