The house consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables, and a mirror. Bed and bath linens are included. The living room has a sofa bed, a table (4/6 seats), and a 24" Smart TV with national and international channels. The fully equipped kitchen is exclusively for your use and includes a refrigerator, sink, four-burner stove, oven, and all the necessary dishes for the number of guests. Adjustable air conditioning in every room. Maximum soundproofing thanks to the latest-generation fixtures, including mosquito nets. The internal bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and a set of towels. The 15 sqm terrace, with spectacular sea views, is equipped with a table and armchairs for 4 people. Dedicated parking for the accommodation and in the shade.
