"El apartamento que está buscando en el corazón de San Gimignano" .... Reservar!

"La Rocca Romantica" es un bonito apartamento para dos personas completamente renovado y reformado en enero de 2015. Y 'es amueblado con gusto por los propietarios Renata y Duccio y equipado con todas las comodidades. Viene con paredes pintadas en colores cálidos, un salón-cocina con una estufa, refrigerador, mesa y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Un baño muy amplio con ducha y un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. Las ventanas dan al parque Rocca, un lugar tranquilo y silencioso. El apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado y con la conexina WIFI gratuito.
Apartamento L' se encuentra a sólo 80 mt. de la famosa Piazza del Duomo y cerca de todas las atracciones, bares, restaurantes, tiendas, museos, iglesias, etc ... Y 'situado cerca de la Via Francigena, la ruta principal que en el pasado por miles de peregrinos de Canterbury fue en Roma y aún recorrida por muchos turistas y peregrinos. Las ventanas dan al parque Rocca, un lugar tranquilo y silencioso a sólo 80 mt. Piazza del Duomo. Va a dormir profundamente y despertar a los pájaros cantando.
La Rocca Romantica está cerca de todos los atractivos de la ciudad.
Se puede llegar en coche en frente de la vivienda para el equipaje de carga / descarga con permiso, que será enviado por correo electrónico por los propietarios. El parking de pago más cercano al apartamento (10-15 minutos a pie) se llama Bagnaia # 3 y # 4.
También hay un montón de aparcamiento fuera del centro histórico no pagar si quieres, indicaremos los propietarios.
Si usted busca un apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones cómodas y relajantes y desea visitar, así como a San Gimignano otras ciudades toscanas hermosas de Florencia, Siena, Lucca, Pisa y tal vez ir un día en Cinque Terre es el apartamento para usted. San Gimignano está bien conectado por autobús a la estación de tren de Poggibonsi (cada media hora) y desde allí se puede ir a cualquier parte de la mañana y volver por la tarde a San Gimignano. Siempre recomendamos a mantenerse en San Gimignano, al menos, tres nunca ha estado aquí, si se enamoran de inmediato y que ya ha sabe ....... libro y no dude!

Lovely base for a Tuscan getaway

Complete surprise with a location at the very top of San Gimignano!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is quite cozy and ideal for folks who wish to stay in a small vlillage at night.

The location could not be better. The greetings by owner was great. I wouldn’t have missed this experience for anything. Gelato, market on Thursday and ambiance of San Gimignano was fabulous.

Charming apartment!

We enjoyed our stay in Renata's apartment. It is small, but the bedroom and bath were adequate for a couple. We did not cook there but it appeared to be supplied well. It was nicely decorated and the location was fabulous and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

La Rocca Romantica

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il capodanno a San Gimignano, quindi abbiamo scelto la struttura della signora Renata e del marito Duccio. L'appartamento anche se piccolo è molto confortevole e arredato con molto gusto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene dove c'era di tutto per le nostre esigenze. L'esperienza è stata molto piacevole come la signora Renata molto gentile. Complimenti per tutto. Alessandro

A taste of yesterday and today

This is a small unit, great for one or two people, fully modern, in a perfect location for exploring everything San Gimignano has to offer. Both the front room and the bedroom have air conditioning, which mad the 32-36 degree stays comfortable. There is a wine tasting for DOCG Vernaccia wines right in town, and in mid-June there is the medieval festival and a market Friday morning a few steps outside the door. As well you can walk nearly all the way around the old castle walls and watch the sunset from part of an old ?watch tower. And did I forget the amazing scenery in every direction?

This small one bedroom flat on a quiet street in San Gimignano is perfect. The decor is very well done. Our hosts were perfect, there when we needed, but left us to ourselves otherwise. Thanks again for the perfect apartment in San Gimignano. California, USA

Right in the middle of it all

Everything was perfect about this apartment. We met Duccio at their shop with no difficulty after taking the bus from Poggibonsi train station. He and his family were very welcoming and wonderful hosts. Renata was always quick to reply to messages. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet her :( The village is beautiful with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The town was crowded with tourists during the day, but the night and early mornings were amazingly quiet. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was plenty big enough. We went to the local grocery store and stocked up on breakfast foods and had everything we needed for the kitchen. This is a beautiful little village that takes you back to an amazing time period. We would love to go back and would stay there in a heartbeat.

A beautiful place to stay...

My daughter and I celebrated our birthdays with a month long trip to Italy. We included San Gimignano in our itinerary, and we found the perfect apartment while there, hosted by Renata.. As hosts, she and her husband were hospitable, friendly, and attentive. The apartment was smaller than we thought it would be but perfectly appointed with attention to detail. We could tell that Renata decorated it with care and good taste. Though there were many many tourists throughout the village, the apartment was not only located in a beautiful, historical part of San Gimignano, but it was also nestled in a quiet building that overlooked the beautiful La Rocco park where a small tower provided sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in San Gimignano and would recommend Renata’s apartment as excellent, lovely accommodations for exploring San Gimignano and the surrounding countryside. I would book this apartment again.

CENTRE SAN GIMIGNANO

Appartement en plein centre de San Gimognona, petit mais parfait pour 2 personnes. Tout tout proche du centre de ce village merveilleux Accueil chaleureux de la part de la soeur de Renata. Appartement avec une chambre, très bien aménagé, propre et surtout trés très calme. Je vous conseille ce logement vous aurez que du plaisir.

In the heart of San Gimignano

The most enjoyable part of our stay was the central location of La Rocca and the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. It is perfect for a couple, with the space available very well utilized. The farmers' market was spectacular, we loved Caffe Giardino, and our little trip to the restaurant Borgatello was fantastic. We would return to this apartment.
