Rooms are ok and clean, beds good. Property has some issues. Breakfast was alright. Staff friendly Overall. Good for one or two nights

Front desk kid was really great and the cleaning staff...awesome people. The rooms were disappointing, for sure. Sticky and grimey. I would not stay here again - especially @ $110/night. I'd definitely pay $50/night though. Overall, it wasn't the worst motel ever...not even close...but it was pretty drab.

We like this property because it’s close to the airport and also a few minutes drive to downtown when it’s not during rush hours. This one however lacks other important facilities like laundry area which is a must especially for traveling families nowadays. There’s also no pool which can attract more families with smaller kids to stay here and come back again in the future. Complementary breakfast is good, however there were two instances that they ran outside of boiled egg. They should’ve the exact number of the guests who checked in and prepared some extra because some eat 2, others doesn’t eat at all. In short, they should anticipate the need.

Your system for premises entry is bad. Repeated lockouts because key wont open door - that was too much inconvenience. - Cell phone usage should not play into whether you can gain entry to a unit.

Everything was great but the continental breakfast. Cereal stale.

Easy access to the freeway and to food friendly and clean rooms safe

The room's heater was broken so I had to call the front desk and walk all the way back to the front desk to get assigned a different room. Fyi there are 4 buildings and I was furthest away. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle but there is NO shuttle. Please don't falsely advertise to get more customers. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because they said there was a shuttle. Rooms are loud as they are near the highway. They need to work on cleanliness as there was hair in the soap dish.

Desk clerk was very professional and nice and helpful. Room air conditioner was too loud to sleep even with earplugs. Otherwise room was comfortable. Pillows were below average. My Lyft driver had trouble finding the entrance to the hotel.

Not very nice for the money . Breakfast was not good

It is not 5-star or glamorous but it is sufficient.

Continental breakfast is nothing as pictured on the website, exercise room equipment was broken. Very disappointing.

Get rid of the automatic light in the bathroom that's the only thing I did not like about the room it kept coming on in the middle of the night I did and that it was a nice place to stay

I was asked to leave more money for deposit 100.00 upon arrival after i paid in advance the room was musty smelling the parking lot dirty my room was by a garbage truck dumping and pickup very noisy the people next door kept kicking on the door kept forgetting key way over priced.

I booked this hotel when my dad was flown to Stanford for emergency surgery. I purchased insurance on it and needed to cancel literally 5 minutes after I purchased because the hospital staff said we could stay there since my dad would not be getting out of surgery until so late and we would need to talk to the specialists. After an hour on the phone with Orbitz and the Hotel, the owner flat out refused, even though I had insurance. Orbitz said I could submit a claim, but it wasn’t a guarantee I would get the money back. I said just forget it, left the hospital to go check in figuring at least I can maybe get a few hours of sleep and a shower late that night. Upon arrival the owner asked my name and then condescendingly said ‘ Oh I thought you would be a no show’. I got the keys and went to the room which was disgusting. There was stains on the walls and the carpet was filthy. After I returned late that night I untucked the sheets and there was a crusty spot on them. I asked front for 2 new sets of sheets (2 bed room) and it took the owner/manager? 30 minutes to bring me 2 flat sheets...not even 2 whole sets. Luckily we didn’t find any crust on the second bed. Very uncomfortable stay to say the least.

Nice hotel with very nice staff. Location is great. Close to airport and tourist attractions, but not too close.

Not much good to report here...bed was lumpy and smelled. Blood and detritus on the sheets. Front desk staff was clueless and avoiding any contact with guests at all. Breakfast was gross...no lids for coffee cups...who would want to sit in this area for breakfast. Furniture worn out. A/C was surprisingly good though it dispelled a reekish odor. Smell of cigarette smoke wafting in from the hallway constantly. When my key didn't work to open door I walked up to front desk and they immediately recoded...didn't ask for ID...again place sits off the 101. Worst place I've ever stayed...and for $200 a night...forget it. Wasted money for sure. I feel like a dope for ever considering this place.

The bathrooms and main living part look like they were attempted to be refurbished but everything else in the room is old. Including the bedding. Housekeeping didn't replenish everything and I'm pretty sure they didn't change the sheets. All of the lights are on automatic timers but kept going off on their own in the middle the night. That was incredibly annoying, especially the vent in the bathroom. The walls were so incredibly thin that every car that drove by, every step of the person above me took, every argument the person in the room next to me had was clearly heard. We did not sleep much at all. We were there for business and that was an issue. There is a breakfast but it is just pastries, bananas,apples,3 kinds of cereal (Cheerios,Rasin bran and packets of instant oatmeal)and boiled eggs in the shell. One day there were bagels but only one of four that we were there. Apple juice in an orange juice pitcher and only powdered creamer. You are charged extra if you try to leave for your room with breakfast. Overall it was just a blah hotel.
