Room was not clean, most TV Channels didn’t work and they had the only one of our three rooms (reservations) and so had to pay for two rooms I had already paid for.

Dirty, rude at check in, no bellboys to help with luggage, unfriendly staff, overcharged breakfast items, horrible experience.

This is a really TIRED hotel with a lot of differed maintenance. It’s a convenient location.

Clean, comfortable bed, housekeeping very good; close to dining opportunities besides in-house restaurant. Easy to get to 101 fwy. Negative: Hotel shuttle pick-up at airport. 1st time was 45 minute wait, 2nd time a 75 minute wait and I did not "miss" the shuttle as the desk clerks suggested. I knew what to look for on the shuttle signage. Hotel Shuttle pIck-up is first impression for guests and this first impression was not good.

Friendly staff and very nice and clean rooms. I loved the experience , can’t wait until my next stay .

The restrooms were very old and the bottom of the bathtub felt like you could fall through it. The actual room was decent but the bathroom had bent rails, holes in the wall and the shower was very disappointing.

Hotel looks great and modern. Busy hotel so staff is always occupied with the next customer. When we got into room shower was broken but they switched us to another room fast. I would stay here again because of that.

The hotel staff was rude and had no time for the guests.

Expensive for snacks and drinks 2 regular size candy bars and small bottle of water $8! Outrageous take advantage of guest! Onsite restaurant only ok and again crazy expensive for what u get!!! poor attention to detail in general !!!

I do not like the policy of having to pay the incidental fee of $100 per night per person. This was never conveyed to me at the time of the purchase of my package. Also, I did not care for the manager's attitude when informing him about a special arrangement made by another associate who was very friendly.

1. The shuttle was so late from the aiprort i had to take a lyft. 2. The first room key they gave me didnt work because someone was already in that room. 3. It was extremely loud 4. Staff was not friendly at all 5. $11 breakfast for toast, juice and a fruit cup (are you kidding me?) 6. Shower only had 1 temp - HOT 7. Ironing board was broken 8. Stairwell smelled like urine hardcore 9. The lighting in the room was terrible! The ONLY 2 nice things is the pillows were comfy and the cleaning staff was nice (they were the only ones I got a smile from for the 2 days I was there. Needless to say, this was by far my worst hotel experience ever!

The cable and my room card never work , I always was asking the front desk to active the room card

Nice large room for a short stay. The homeless seem to be an issue my room key was required to operate the elevator.

the best thing about the hotel was proximity to airport; no in room coffee; shower was horrible and walls were very thin

The lobby is nice. You get to your room and all seems nice at first. And then you notice the sofa chair that looks like someone sat in for 10 years and finally got up. You notice the dirty curtains, the not so clean tub and the spider crawling across the desk. Probably won’t stay here again.

Hotel looks great and modern. Busy hotel so staff is always occupied with the next customer. When we got into room shower was broken but they switched us to another room fast. I would stay here again because of that.
