Hotel in very bad area in relation to other airport hotels. OLD, smelly. Room really not clean. Room staff rude. TV did not work, tub did not work, had to plug with towel. Horrible hotel.

I was able with time of checking out, room service and being able to obtain a later check out.

Has a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. I called the front desk to make them aware. The front desk attendant told me they would send someone right up & never did.

Hotel staff very pleasant. Hotel is very clean and surrounding wonderful. Hovever on entering the room I clearly noticed that the mattress in the room was not up to par. It was not firmly positioned in the.bed. My husband and I had a rough night. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was most uncomfortable. There's no firmness left in that mattress. We basically had out bodies sink into that thing. Most uncomfortable.

The staff when we walked in was so rude, every time I would shower there is no hot water!

Lots of little things were sub-par; thermostat didn't seem to work, full heat or full cold, sink water was hot or hotter, room was noisy (road noise). Wifi was fine, breakfast wasn't included so add $12-18 there for a decent breakfast.

I had a three-night stay at this hotel. The pros: it's quickly accessible to SFO Airport. The free shuttle service is quick and nearly round the clock. The on-site restaurant, Houlihan's, serves decent, tasty fare. The bed and bath linens are fresh and clean. Surprisingly, the hotel rooms are quiet, given the freeway's not far away. However, the room itself was worn and scuffed. The bathroom fan was horribly loud and would turn on with the overhead light--this made nighttime bathroom trips disturbing for me and my traveling companion. The telephone didn't work. The worst, confusing part: the housekeeping staff stops cleaning rooms at noon--a fact I didn't know. When I left my room at 1 p.m. on the second day of my three-day stay, I asked if the room could be made up. No, I was told. I insisted, and the front desk staff member said she'd "try" to ask the housekeeping supervisor to add my room to their list. I returned at 6 p.m., the room wasn't made up. I requested again that the room be prepared. Again, I was told it "probably" couldn't happen but that the staff would "try" to see that it was done. I went out to dinner, only to return at 10 p.m. to an unmade/uncleaned room. The next day, the staff member tried to rectify the matter by comping me on my breakfast. While I appreciated the gesture, I remain deeply disappointed that the hotel has such a peculiar and irritating housecleaning policy. I'll not stay at this hotel again.

I thought Holiday Inns meant a certain level of comfort and features. This hotel needs a LOT of work. It's not very clean, the elevators, doors, everything are in disrepair. Worst of all: the are drug users and what look like drug dealers all over the place. STAY AWAY!

It was good! The thing I did not like is that they charge for parking

The hotel staff were friendly and check in and check out were both quick and easy. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The location was very close and convenient to the airport. We were not impressed with the hotel restaurant. This feature was one of the attractions when booking. We sat at the bar and ordered food and drinks. The bartenders were not very friendly or attentive. When the food came out, there were inconsistencies with what we both had ordered, but the bartender never came back to ask about our food or if there was anything we needed. The food was fine but we had wished that it came out the way that we ordered. This was not a pleasant experience and quite a let down, especially after a long day of travel and it being the first night of our vacation.

The room was subpar. One of the beds sunk in the middle and made for a horrible rest. The TV did not pivot and wires perturbed from the back. The overall cleanliness of of the room was less than desirable. When things are brought to there attention your asked if you want to switch rooms?

Everything was great, staff treated us amazing! Would definitely recommend

I booked a two bed room to accommodate three persons. When we arrived we were told they didn't have a two bed room available. We were moved to another room the next day.

Hotel close to airport, and easy excess to free way. Room is nice and clean.

My overall stay for 7 nights was good, but the Housekeeping staff could work on attention to details, when it comes to replishing shower towels and toiletry items. I would suggest a check off list for every housekeeper to check when leaving a guests room after cleaning, to make sure they prepared everything as it should be. I had to place calls to front desk for shower towels and floor mates late during the evening. The staff forget got to replace them. Considering the location on where this hotel,the front lobby area, along with the restaurant " Houlihan's" located right at the lobby entrance. They should have the front lobby entrance doors closed. For Seven days every morning, I would come down for breakfast to the restaurant and it would be freezing cold and the wind is blowing into the lobby. I have to wear a heavy Parker jacket with the hood inside the restaurant, will eating breakfast during the morning. I also over heard, the Staff manger commenting to other staff, on how cold it was for guest, shaking and shivering as the entered the lobby, but nothing was done about it to shut the lobby doors, even thou they had a automated door opening and closing sensor on t automated door opening in clothing sensor on them. These doors was left open all day and night.

It's was a good hotel. Receptionists very friendly.

Convenient to airport and BART train to downtown. Continuous shuttle service. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent restaurant/bar. Friendly, efficient staff. Half the price of downtown hotels. What more could you ask for?

parking spaces extremely small, beds were old, room paint and quality of repairs on sheetrock and tile awful.

My wife got Bitten by bed bugs It was horrible I Drove all way from Los Angeles too have a great weekend .I try too talk to the general manager was not available ..horrible

I booked two rooms for my colleague and myself for a business trip. First night, she encountered bed bugs and bite all over. They quickly changed the room for her. They said they would examine the room and reimburse if they were found any bugs. We weren't contacted ever since and nothing was reimbursed. She had bite marks all over her body which we showed them. She ended up throwing out all her clothes and suitcase. What's worse, the next night we saw a lovely couple go into the same room. Never again.

bad location bad room

Lots of little things were sub-par; thermostat didn't seem to work, full heat or full cold, sink water was hot or hotter, room was noisy (road noise). Wifi was fine, breakfast wasn't included so add $12-18 there for a decent breakfast.
