To get to this home, you’ll drive down a quiet neighborhood street lined with palm trees and landscaping. When you arrive, you’ll notice a large iron gate surrounding the property, a rock garden in the front yard, and a shady lounge area by the front door.
 

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM

As you open the front door, you’ll walk through a short foyer and into the main living room. This lounge has luxury vinyl plank flooring, neutral color tones, and luxury furniture to create a chic and contemporary space to relax. Everyone in the family can find their favorite spot on the comfortable couches and binge-watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. A large window overlooks the front yard and allows plenty of natural light to brighten up the space.

The living room flows effortlessly into the dining area, which is complete with a formal dining room table with enough seating for six. This is a comfortable space to enjoy a family-style meal!
 

KITCHEN

The dining area is located off the gourmet kitchen, a compact space fitted with high-end appliances and fixtures that make it easy to cook just as you do at home. This warm kitchen features custom cabinets, built-in shelves, granite countertops, and kitchen basics like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. This bright space has two large sinks that make dinner clean up a breeze, and drawers full of utensils and kitchen gadgets so you have everything you need to feed your hungry crew. 

Preparing meals requires ingredients and guests will be glad to know there are many options.  The major grocery stores in town are Calimax and Bodega Aurrera. Both stores provide almost all the supplies you would need to prepare home cooked meals in this well equipped kitchen.  And if you prefer to eat out, you will find a plethora of eateries around town. Or simply order in.
 

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom set right off of the living room. This inviting and spacious room features a King size bed covered in name brand linens, two nightstands, a decorative wall mirror, and a sleek flat-screen TV on the wall. This bedroom has a private bathroom that has modern wood accents, an elegant pedestal sink, and a walk-in shower with contemporary wood work and rain shower features.
With plenty of space for two people to move around comfortably, this space creates a peaceful place to unwind from a busy day. 

The second bedroom has a warm yellow color scheme, nature-themed artwork, and vintage-inspired furniture. The high-end linens and feather-soft comforters on the Queen sixe bed make this a soft place to fall asleep, and the decorative light fixtures are perfect for bedtime reading. The wood flooring and subtle decorative accents make this bedroom feel luxurious and modern. Large windows overlook the property and allow plenty of natural light to come in, but heavy-duty curtains will enable you to block out the light when it's time for bed.

The third bedroom also has a Queen size bed. This is a spacious and private room with wood accents throughout, large windows, and ample lighting. The distressed wooden furniture and beach-inspired decor help you get (and stay) in beach mode! 
A family bathroom sits in between the second and third bedrooms and is complete with plank-style flooring and a walk-in shower with rain shower features. 
 

OUTDOOR AREA

Out front, there is a shady place to sit and an outdoor BBQ. This private outdoor entertainment space is a great spot to enjoy dinner after a busy day exploring the city. Throw some meat or veggies on the grill, pour some cold drinks, and enjoy lunch in the sunshine! 

This newly built home is only five minutes from downtown and a short drive to local restaurants, boutique shops, and the beach.
