This property sits right on Mission Bay Boardwalk, overlooking the sandy beaches and sailboats docked in the water. Walk one block to the ocean and enjoy some waves and our classic San Diego sunsets! Amenities include central A/C, bikes, fireplace, 2 parking spaces!
Thoughtfully designed rooms make this property the perfect home away from home. Enter the living and dining areas directly from the patio, steps from the sand. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation, dining and entertaining. If “al fresco” dining is more your speed, head out to the patio for and grill out on the outdoor gas BBQ!
The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV and cable and features a gas fireplace, perfect for staying cozy during winter stays! Doors and windows open right up to the patio and Mission Bay and the boardwalk, perfect people watching!
You’ll find both guest-rooms and the guest bath with a standing shower on the first floor as well. The first guest room has a queen bed. The second guest room also has a queen bed.
The master bedroom suite occupies the entire second floor. With a king-size bed and wall to wall windows overlooking the bay, you will never want to leave! The master bath has a separate standing shower and soaking tub as well. You will love how big this space is, great for parents with little ones to be together. There are two XL Twin folding cots for kids or more guests. There is also a private balcony perfect for watching the magnificent sunrises over the bay.
Some extra features of this unit that will make for an awesome vacation are the dual pane windows that will make it quiet and cozy for your vacation nights and the rare beach feature of A/C will keep you cool while you sleep the night away.

NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.
San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.
Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.
Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.
Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.
Guest Occupancy: Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.
Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.
No Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees.
Damages: Renter will leave property in good order. Damage Fee does not cover excessive cleaning; including but not limited to overflowing trash, carpet or upholstery steam cleaning, Linen Damage (Sheets, Blankets and Comforters damaged from, but not limited to, tearing, food, blood or other bodily fluids and will incur full replacement value charges) or damage due to pets, parties or excessive guests in the unit.
If excessive cleaning is needed, Renter will be charged $100/hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater.If area carpets are excessively dirty after check out Renter will be charged a $300 fee for carpet cleaning or full replacement value PLUS any loss in rental income at $500/night.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The cleaning fee referenced above shall be applied to the cleaning service after check out. If daily maid service is desired it can be arranged for an additional daily fee.
Missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost.
Kitchen: Cooking at high temperatures can result in strong smells that permeates throughout the home and into the fabrics of the home. Excessive odors can come from, but not limited to, popcorn, fish, certain spices etc. Please open windows, use kitchen fans, and be mindful that this is a shared living space. Should a strong odor be detected upon check out, an air purifying fee will be applied.
Check in / Check out: Per the contract check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, please do not enter the property early without permission. Disruption to the contracted cleaning company’s allotted service time will incur a fee. If available, early check-in/late check-out fee is $250. Upon Vacating, Renters and guests will follow the provided Check-out Procedure.

Wow! This is the perfect location and the perfect house! Vanessa was thorough with all communication and super responsive with any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The house had a great outdoor space with high quality furniture. The garage had chairs, bikes, sand toys, washer and dryer, and anything else you might need. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. TV was easy to log into and couches were clean and comfy. This is a well taken care of and well decorated home. It definitely felt more like home than any other place we have been to. You step out of the patio directly onto the beach. You can’t get much better than that. Our family spent most of our time outside flying our kite, sitting around the fire pit and collecting shells. Definitely rebooking.

Amazing property and location. Loved everything about this house - well stocked, very nicely decorated and extremely clean. It was perfect for our family of 8, we had a wonderful stay. The host is also very responsive - the Keurig machine was broken and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. This was a really nice gesture. There were plenty of beach towels, bikes, etc for our use that made the stay that much more fun and stress free. Also, super close to an amazing breakfast place - The Funky Lemon - which we enjoyed several mornings of our stay. Highly recommend the place for a lovely stay in Mission Bay.

I can’t say enough about this property. It is beautiful, beachy, clean and walkable to coffee, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the incredible views, meeting people walking by, breakfast on the patio and fire pit in the evenings. Great family venue
Charming beach house. Well maintained. Well stocked. Responsive host. Great venue for grandparents and 3 teens who could do many things on their own from this location. They used the bikes, boogie boards, and kayak and both beaches. The ability to have the teens downstairs and adults upstairs in the spacious master suite gave everyone the separation needed for relaxing between events.

We come to San Diego for our annual “Mothers Day” weekend and normally stay in or around Ocean Beach. This year we changed it up and glad we did! The house is amazing…from the decorations, to the full stock of kitchen supplies to the bedding and bath. All my guests raved about their rooms and beds…and the patio facing the Bay was the real treat! We started our day with coffee on the patio watching the sun rise…then played on our paddle boards in the Bay…and ended our nights by walking a block to the ocean side, watching the sunset and then back to the patio for our evening cocktails. We met many locals on the path off the patio and had a great time laughing and enjoying the ambience. You can easily rent a paddle board at the marina (walking distance) or bring your own and walk 30 feet to the Bay. My family is now talking about bringing their families to this location for family trips! This house really has it all - never had to ask for anything. Cindy was super easy to work with and she made our stay that much better. This place is worth the price and we will be coming back!

Great spring break trip!
We often travel to San Diego for Spring Break and normally stay at a hotel on Mission Blvd., but chose a house on the bay this time and it was perfect. The house was super cute, very clean and stocked well. The kids loved running around outside on the bay and it was super close to the Belmont Park, playground close by, coffee shop and store for the essentials. The check in process was super smoothe and the host was very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Perfect quiet vacation
Waking up to the sunrise over the bay was perfect. We could watch sailboats and windsurfers gliding across the water and small flocks of shorebirds running along the beach at the waterline.
And in the evening, a two-minute walk took us to the ocean where we could watch the sunset.

Family Beach Get Away
Everyone agreed that our week long family get together at Mission Bay was great. The house was perfect for our needs and very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, sand toys, etc. I really appreciated the very well thought out, clear instructions for everything. Check in and check out was easy. The parking for our van and another car was a big bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well organized. The location on the bay is quiet, peaceful and a great place to relax and the excitement of the ocean side is a short walk away. Communication with Cindy was easy, efficient and we hope to return someday.

The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and I think is much bigger than the pictures show. The master suite is a dream. Perfect place to stay in mission beach!
The house location and layout was perfect for our family. We brought our two kids and grandma and grandpa joined too!
