Great View

Right on the ocean with a very busy beach right below. Location is in an older very crowded neighborhood where parking is at a premium. But it is convenient to great restaurants. Our first night was without A/C, which we bought for the next two nights. Unit would not cool down when we arrived.

Great View but Subpar Cleaning Crew

The view from the condo is undeniably stunning. However, when considering the hefty price tag we paid for a 5-night stay ($$$), we expected more. Our experience was marred by several significant disappointments. The condo had not been properly cleaned. The current cleaning service is not up to standard. I won't delve into a laundry list of issues encountered, but it was far from satisfactory. The property management company offered to send cleaners for a redo, but this was more of an inconvenience. It should have been done right the first time. The cleanliness issues extended beyond just the surface – i.e., a large amount of hair all over the bedding in one of the bedrooms & stained carpeting throughout. Our interaction with the property management company was terrible. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo and sought assistance, we were met with coldness and unresponsiveness. A basic level of customer service was lacking, as they failed to follow up with us to ensure our situation was resolved. There was ongoing construction noise that significantly impacted our stay. This was not disclosed to us at any time. Our experience fell far short of expectations, prompting us to seek a partial refund through VRBO. Despite VRBO's supportive efforts, the management company has yet to respond. Ultimately, while the view was beautiful, it was overshadowed by the issues we encountered. We hope both the management company and the owner to address these shortcomings.

The views were amazing and the location just perfect for us! We got to walk everywhere for meals, shopping, beach and exploring. Being right over the cliffs in OB was the best part, the building was easy to navigate and we spent a lot of hours just watching the waves below and whales! The bedding was super comfy and the house had everything we needed. Would stay there again and also refer friends to do the same!

Beautiful view

This condo was beautiful and clean. The views were breathtaking as the area below for sunning. We had a great check in process. I will look at staying here again. The only concerns I had were that the beach down further is full of homeless people, no screens on the windows and the second bathroom shower didn’t work. It is a gorgeous property.

Great property on the cliffs

The property was in a wonderful location. On the cliffs overlooking the ocean with all the sounds and visuals that can provide. Everything functioned well. Property managers were very responsive. Enjoy the stay a lot.

Excellent location!

Unit looks over the waves and rocks below, spanning out to the ocean that touches the horizon. View is spectacular from the bedroom and living room. Went to sleep listening to the crashing waves each night. Close to the pier and variety of restaurants. Excellent location!

As advertised

My check in was on a Sunday, and the property managers were still available to answer questions. Property was as shown in pictures. Awesome views and only steps from the water. Parking was slightly rough, but I was also in a 7" lifted suburban with 35" tires and I was able to make it work. Would love to stay again for a longer time.

Very nice

Great location. Very comfortable beds and comfortable and clean home. Gorgeous view. Only comment is that the online listing indicates the place has AC, which it does, but it is not included in the price and the listing itself doesn't tell you that. You should pay attention to the information that indicates you should be careful about the size of vehicle you have. The parking space is pretty small and we'd have to back in and out for both people to be able to get in and out. But really parking was nice and convenient. Struggled a bit with the property manager at first with communications but it all got worked out and everything went smoothly afterwards. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone interested.

Gorgeous Oceanfront View!

The ocean view, the sea air, and the sound of the crashing waves made this place second to none for a beachfront getaway. The unit is spacious and well appointed, and walkable to the bars and restaurants in Ocean Beach. The assigned parking spot was also great to have. I would definitely recommend!
