Wrong everything

It started with I purchased a reservation that was never available. I didn’t receive information on my reservation so hours before I was to be there I reached out. Only to find out by the manager (extremely nice) that VRBO should never have have that unit available. He offered to put me in a hotel. I could have done that myself. I made the reservation due to its location. Brandon found me a 1 bedroom which worked. I was only there for two nights but unfortunately my flight was delayed and I got in very late. I unfortunately was unable to get into the unit and was unable to reach Brandon. I had to sleep on the floor at someone else’s accommodation for that night. I finally got in the next day. Place was clean and comfortable.
