Poor customer service. Was misgendered upon check in despite having my id in front of them as well as being verbally told my pronouns multiple times. Couldn’t even get a remote control sent to my room when I entered my room and noticed the controller was missing. Fee for parking despite the hotel being in a low traffic area. Would not recommend.

The room was clean and adequate, but I specifically looked for a property where I would not have to pay for parking. NO where on Orbitz or the property's website did it say there was a parking fee. But there is $15.00 per night.

No room was available even though Reservation was confirmed one month ago.

Average rooms, complicated check in- clerk was not able to find my reservation.

Not very welcoming., its wasnt a nice experience for us from the date we checked-in. Then later the room wasnt clean as a new room, Parking fee was additional which its not not mentioned while booking, facility was under construction so very noisy early in the mornings. overall its not worth staying in extended stay.

Dirty and disappointing room - nice that it had a fridge but that was about it. Stains everywhere and just an old gross room.

The EXTENDED STAY in Mission Valley is a nice property located in a convenient but quiet location of small office parks. The hotel itself is somewhat dated compared to other similar properties and the rooms are smaller in comparison. The rooms are comfortably appointed with decent beds, small kitchen, dresser storage, and free WiFi. The cable TV has limited channel selection which is a draw back. The other problem was being in a ground floor room presented issues with cockroaches. Even though they had an inspection while staying on property, our room was missed and not sprayed.

Good location (close to the malls, shops, and restaurants in Mission Valley); fairly clean room (liked the recliner chair); and a pretty safe location (no problems with vandals or rowdy neighbors; a number of families seem to stay there). Not fancy by any means, but satisfactory for the price paid. I would stay again for a short visit.

The dirtiest, stinkiest carpet I've ever been on!

The check in was a breeze, room was clean- the room didn't have towels but as soon as we notified them they brought plenty to the room. Would stay here again.

I guess I must admit the only thing I can say was enjoyable was the evening clerk so don't get rid of him or it will be disastrous!

Initially, the hotel was over booked. I was in the lobby for about an hour attempting to reach Orbitz. The receptionist was in contact with Expedia, who claimed to be with Orbitz, but the call was dropped and they didn't call back. As I was attempting to call back, the receptionist made a decision to put me in a room, which turned out to be fine.

The location was very good just a few minutes away from sea world and the village port and not to mention very close to restaurants and grocery store. The front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very simple but it's everything a kid likes muffins and hot chocolate and fresh fruit. I stayed 3 days and I had no problems a very quiet area had a very pleasant stay. It would be better if the kitchen supplies where in the room instead of having to ask for them.. plus extra toilet paper would be great! It might of just been my room but had no shampoo, lotion, extra hand soap.. So always carry your own! overall I do recommend this place it has all you need and for a great price!
