Sunny, spacious, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in North Pacific Beach with a patio, two decks, garage and air conditioning. Sunsets and Peak-a-boo Views of the Ocean from every bedroom. No pets, non smokers only. This is our winter home so it's furnished with quality (NOT Airbnb, Not garage sale) furniture, appliances, and kitchenware.

On a quite residential street in the highly desirable North Pacific Beach neighborhood. Some of the best restaurants, cafes and night life in San Diego are a 5 minute walk. An upscale Grocery store and Ace Hardware are also only a 5 minute walk.

Private entrance, 1 car garage plus 1 off street parking space. Brand new Kitchen, quartzite counters, new appliances, high quality cooking and serving ware. Dining room table seats 6 people comfortably. Enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner on the outdoor patio with a Trager BBQ. Living room has a large reclining sofa, fireplace, and 70" TV. The first floor also has a large 1/2 bath and full sized washer & dryer.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All three bedrooms have sunset and peak-a-boo ocean views. Master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and outdoor deck. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and outdoor deck. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed or can be configured as an office.

Tenants have full unrestricted use of the garage (owner may have some personal storage boxes in the garage, TBD)
