There’s no better place to experience San Diego’s iconic Little Italy neighborhood than this remodeled Bayview home. Located in the heart of the area, a stone’s throw away from renowned restaurants, bars, boutiques, and antiques.

Our rental is the perfect home base for exploring all that San Diego has to offer a 5-minute drive from San Diego Airport, a 10-minute walk to San Diego Harbor, and a 2-minute drive to the I-5 make all of the city immediately accessible whether it be Balboa Park, the zoo, the beaches or Sea World.

Beyond the spacious layout and multiple workstations, the property has an assigned parking spot, in-unit laundry, & a private outdoor patio. The home is in the heart of Little Italy located next to restaurants & bars as well as near the flight path of the airport. You may hear planes and some neighborhood noise but the house is equipped with soundproofing windows.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Improvement needed.

Bathrooms were kinda gross. Sink was clogged with clumps of hair and smelled. Shower had no water pressure. No wash cloths. No extra blankets for living room couch. Coffee table was about to collapse. Parking was beyond a challenge. Might want to mention you are literally over the flight landing path with massive noise every 2 min.

If you are looking to stay in the Little Italy area of San Diego, look no further! This house was such a gem. Close to all the bars and restaurants, some across the street. 4 large, spacious bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows. Better than a Hilton. The house itself has a very cool 70s retro Brady Bunch vibe. Lots of windows and light, we kept them open for the most amazing cross breeze. I will say, it is very close to the airport and planes flight path is almost immediately overhead so you do hear and see planes coming & going. We actually loved it and
