Great place to stay in a prime location! It only took us a few minutes to walk to the beach. Plenty of options to eat within a few minutes. Great experience overall. Clean and cozy!

We really enjoyed our stay and hoping to return in the future. Was a little unsure about the checkout process since we had no internet access (real vacation) so we followed the list we found on the wall.All went well!!!!

Relaxing oasis

This property is perfectly situated walking distance from shops, bars and Mission Beach! This property is clean, has all that you need for your stay and its very welcoming. Host was very responsive and polite! I recommend this property 👌

Incredible Location and Host for Mission Beach!

We had a short visit to Mission and this property was in the best location at the best price. Communication with host was top notch! I highly recommend it!!!

Walk to Fun

We were so pleased with the location of this rental. Once we parked at check-in, we didn't need our cat again until checking out! Walked to a great sushi spot, Mission Beach, Belmont Park, Starbucks and more. We had a fantastic time!

Location Location!!!

Located in prime location near beach and Belmont Park. Right next to a bike shop for great rental prices. The space was perfect for us to enjoy in the mornings and evenings before adventuring around San Diego. We loved that there was boogie boards, an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon available to borrow on our trip since we traveled on an airplane and were unable to bring those items. Also, the host was gracious enough to let us store our luggage after check out so we could explore a little longer before heading to the airport. Overall great place to stay for a beach getaway and great communication from the host!

Perfect Location

I stayed for 2 nights here with my wife and daughter and we had a great weekend. Adam was easy to communicate with and made sure I had everything I needed well ahead of time to make check-in smooth. It’s a very tight parking spot, but it says that right in the listing and it beats trying to find street parking. Its location can’t be beat, Starbucks is 1 step away, Belmont Park across the street, the beach of course and 2 miles from SeaWorld. I highly recommend a weekend at this place.

Never ended up staying there. Falsely advertised parking, stated “tight parking” no vehicle could park in this designated location. You can’t exit your vehicle, if there was a vehicle parked there you can’t even access the property because you’d be blocked out. Homeless and speeding cars down the front is unsafe for kids. States “accommodated for 3 guests. There is only one bed. Owners disregarded our concerns and refused a refund when we couldn’t stay. Had to book a hotel to stay that was much safer for my family

Clean and convenient

The host, Adam, was very responsive before and during my stay. Cozy space, just the right size for 2-3 people. I like that it's on the second floor, so you can leave the windows open while you are out to keep things cooler. Location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Would stay there again if I'm ever in the area again.

Perfect location

This is in a perfect location, short walk to beach and Belmont park. My puppy couldn’t get enough of the park that is right across the street. Conveniently located to every attraction the city of San Diego has to offer. Adam, the owner, is genuinely interested in making your stay the best it can be. Great communication, easy checking in and out, small and cozy.

Human feces in the alley, Unusuable parking

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, peaceful location, this is not it. General cleanliness was good, but floor fan and ceiling fans were dusty and grimy. Property is in an alley off a busy street. The alley is typical, with graffiti, trash, and human waste. Fan is needed to drown out the noise and cool the place down, as there is no AC and windows need to be open on warm evenings. There is a small parking spot, but both times we needed it, it was partially blocked by another vehicle so we couldn’t pull in and had to pay for parking at an adjacent lot until the matter was resolved. Host was quickly responsive to contact about parking situation and was somehow able to contact both car owners and ask them to move. The first time the other car owner moved it within about 15 minutes; the second time it took almost an hour. I wanted to leave after our first night but host was unwilling to refund. Overall an unpleasant and disappointing stay.

Really enjoyed staying here with my son for our first trip to San Diego. It was nearby and walking distance to a lot of places. Beaches, the bay, gift shops and much more. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit. The owner was also very responsive and very quick and professional with any questions I had messaged him with. Great stay :)

This place was great, it was so close to so so much. You are surrounded by beaches, belmont park is across the street, there is food and shopping all around and its all walkable. Only thing that I would change is, i would put curtains/blinds on the living room windows. Really bright in the morning, and would help keep the room cooler. But other than that, it was clean, perfect for my family of 3, had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would totally stay again, and again.

Cute place

My 18 year old son and I stayed here for the weekend and was easy to walk to the beach, market and just explore. The parking is in between two buildings so it’s very tight. My Range Rover barely fit. My son had to guide me then I had to jump out through the back… gulp. Other than that it was great.
