Nestled between Mission Bay and Mission Beach, this newly remodeled street level beach cottage (WITH PARKING) is the perfect location for beach travelers to experience classic Southern California! Located on a narrow peninsula, you are steps away from the tranquil bay, buzzing beach, active boardwalk, and signature Belmont Park with rides and restaurants overlooking the ocean. After a day of enjoying the beach life, relax on the front patio, fire up the grill, Mission Beach is at your doorstep.

NOTE: Nothing bigger than an SUV is allowed in our parking spots due to potentially blocking other vehicles from getting in or out.

This street level cottage is perfectly located to experience all Mission Beach has to offer. Steps from Mission Bay and Mission Beach, the space features 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom with Queen size beds in each room, plenty of closet space, a flat screen TV, beautiful fireplace, kitchen featuring the basics, and a dining table with seating for 5. The front patio is private and has a gas grill and plenty of seating to lounge and enjoy. Also included are beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella.

You will have private access to the entire place. There is a set of stairs that takes you to two studios that are on the level above our place.

This stretch of Mission Beach is the epitome of an amazing beach vacation. With access to Mission Bay and Mission Beach within seconds, every water sport you can think of is within reach. During the days, you'll see bikers, scooters, rollerbladers, runners, and walkers enjoying both the bay-side and beach-side boardwalks. Both beaches offer something for everyone, from the calm beach of the bay to the roaring beach of the Pacific. The area has endless dining options, great beach bars, a nearby beach front amusement park, grocery stores and markets. Everything you'll want to access is walk-able and you can easily rent bikes and scooters nearby.

If you rent a car, we have an assigned uncovered parking space for you onsite! Uber and Lyft are very popular around here and you can get a ride within minutes since they generally hang around Belmont. Electric Scooters (Birds) are also a popular and convenient option. In addition, bikes are great for the boardwalk and there are multiple places to rent them nearby.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
- Absolutely no smoking, and absolutely no parties, 100% forfeiture of deposit, and immediate removal from the property if guests break any of these rules.

- We only accept 1-2 pets, depending on size.

Our parking spot was being used. The units cleanliness was below par. Need assistance with parking and tv Vrbo rep was not knowledgeable about this unit. Upon day of checkout maintenance service arrives two hour prior tour check out time.

Great place, great host

Great place with easy walking access to Mission Beach (and parking!) Host is super responsive and knows what amenities to offer to make his place the best for guests. There is a Keurig with coffee, cream and sugar, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler and plenty of regular towels. There are also some spices if you want to cook. And no task list on departure! A great place to stay to enjoy the Mission Beach area with easy access to other parts of San Diego.

Great Spot

This home has a great location. Right between the bay and the ocean with restaurants, cafes, equipment rentals and a small market all within a super short walk. The home itself is cute comfortable and quiet at night. The property manager, Alan, was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely plan to stay there again.
