David is a really great host and communicate well and often. We ran into an issue with water for over 24 hrs but he was attentive and got us everything we needed. This was an unforseen event and though I was worried at first, David persistence to resolve was great to see.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing—which we truly appreciated.Our host, David, went above and beyond by welcoming us with a lovely bottle of wine, instantly making us feel at home. Those thoughtful touches really made the experience special.The location is perfect—very close to downtown San Diego and San Diego State University, with great food options within walking distance, including a pizza place and El Tío Restaurant for authentic Mexican street tacos (a must!).Parking was secure, and our absolute favorite spot was the front porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood vibe.

This house was as described and very satisfactory. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The home was clean and comfortable with a beautifully upgraded bathroom. It is in close proximity to downtown San Diego and was an easy drive to get back and forth. My overall experience has no complaints and I was very satisfied and would recommend this property for a small family. My suggestion to the host would be to potentially make a small visual map for the guests to see, to better understand how to get in to the property and know where to park. I would also state in the description that the laundry at your home is in a separate locked area and requires payment to use. I did choose this property because it was on the last leg of our vacation and I was hoping to go home with clean clothes.I overall had a great time and would come back if ever in the area.

Clean house

When we got to San Diego we kind of got lost looking for the house called the owner and he replied quickly. He is very accommodating! The house is nice and clean. I highly recommend this place we will definitely come back to this place.
