El establecimiento habrá sido bueno hace varios años , ahora se encuentra ,algo abandonado, los jardines con cosas rotas y deterioradas que tendrían que tener un lugar donde guardarse, galpón por ejemplo. Los sillones para tomar sol llenos de telarañas, las mesitas rotas,los parasoles estropeados. La pileta,algunos días limpia y otros no,la habitación, cuando llegamos lleno de pelo el piso, el cual se mantuvo allí hasta que nos retiramos. En el gimnasio,los aparatos estaban todos rotos y sucios un asco, no se podían usar.. En lo que se refiere al desayuno realmente paupérrimo, dos medialunas y dos tostaditas por personas, nada que ver con lo que muestran en internet, según ellos al ir fuera de temporada no correspondía ofrecer lo que publicaban en la página, esto fue queja de todos los huéspedes, un desastre.Estoy totalmente arrepentida de haber elegido este hotel, porque me sentí estafada, por ellos y la empresa al no aclararnos la diferencia por ir la última semana de marzo rañas

Una estadía excepcional. Tiene una ubicación muy buena. A 50 mts de la calle principal y a 150 mts de la playa. Todo su personal está al servicio del huésped 100%. Lo recomendaría a cualquier persona.

Lindo hotel, cerca de la playa y céntrico

El hotel se encuentra en una muy linda zona de San Bernardo, no puedo opinar de las comidas pues fui con desayuno solamente, si puedo decir que este siempre fue abundante y rico. El personal es gente joven educada y siempre dispuesta a cualquier requerimiento del turista. No se como puede ser en plena temporada, pero para un finde largo es bueno.

Buen hotel, pero con ciertos detalles a considerar

En general, el hotel se presta para gozar de un descanso agradable, sin embargo, durante mi estadía (a finales de marzo) me tocó vivir algunas situaciones que afectaron considerablemente mi opinión: 1) El servicio de limpieza de habitación se hacía correctamente, pero siempre había que esperar hasta después de las 13.30/14hs para disponer de la habitación. 2) El servicio de desayuno no se condice con la idea de estilo continental que se ofrece en la web. Asimismo, fue limitado y mal administrado ya que no se reponía con la frecuencia necesaria, por lo que al no desayunar en el primer turno había que consumir lo que quedaba. Durante el fin de semana largo con el que coincidió mi estadía los defectos descritos fueron más notorios debido a la cantidad de personas y el limitado espacio del sector para desayunar. 3) El servicio de mantenimiento solicitado por un desperfecto en la ducha nunca se concretó porque pretendieron hacerlo en el momento en que retorné a la habitación y luego no regresaron más, por lo que la ducha continuó rota durante toda mi estadía. Además, se realizaron reparaciones durante varios días que generaban ruidos molestos entre las 14hs y las 16hs lo cual atentaron contra la idea, a mi entender, de descanso y relax que debería ofrecer el hotel. 4) El servicio de ropa de cama no fue renovado durante los 7 días de estadía, mientras que las toallas y toallones propocionados eran notablemente viejos y gastados.

Estas cerca de todo, a dos cuadras de la playa y una cuadra del centro comercial y de comidas. La atención fue muy buena y no tuvimos ningún problema ni en check in ni check out. Hubiera estado bueno mejor condiciones en las sábanas de la cama.

El hotel tenia las comodidades que esperabamos y la relación precio / prestaciones fué muy buena. Esta cerca de la playa y del centro con lo cual es muy comodo. Tiene un lindo jardin y una pileta climatizada que si bien es chica, es una buena opcion
