Spectacular luxury villa built on two floors plus basement, with an area of 300m2 and built on a plot of 1.200 m2. The views of the Meloneras golf course and the Atlantic Ocean make its location for sunsets exceptional.
It is located in the prestigious area of Meloneras and Maspalomas. Just 4 min by car from its famous beaches as well as the Pasito Blanco Sports Pier.

The commercial area of Meloneras is less than 1,000 meters away, where a large number of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are concentrated. The 5 golf courses in the south of Gran Canaria are less than 20 min. by car
