Everything was great. You will have to walk about 10 min. To get to the more popular area of the downtown/riverwalk area.

A small getaway for my husband and I walking distance to everthing we wanted

Dated, and not worth close to the $220 reservation for one night! I wish I would have taken into consideration the comments of other guests. Pool outside was ice cold, bathroom shower had mold, towels, pool area and other items seemed dingy and dated. :(

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful in terms of telling us where to go for food and entertainment. In addition, the location wasn't very walkable. We were there for a conference and it was a nice 20 minute walk to the convention center and 10-20 minutes to everything else, including the Alamo and Market Square. The room was very comfortable as well. I just wish there had been a refrigerator for my Mexican food leftovers!

Hotel staff at the front desk lack customer service interpersonal skills. I stayed only two days and witnessed several customers leaving due to their frustration and anger at the front desk personnel. A customer stated that they were told they could not use their point to stay but if they wanted to pay cash they could. That customer stated they were leaving and never coming back to that hotel chain. That is just one example. I also called down for late night room service and only ordered soup and sandwich and almost two hours later I called back and was informed the host never gave my order to the kitchen staff. The kitchen manager provided me with free breakfast vouchers. The next day the housekeeping service never came to clean the room. I had to call down and ask them to send them to come clean the room. They didn't do anything but make the bed and place fresh towels. I don't call that cleaning. Later that evening we ate at the hotel restaurant and the glass of one of my family members was obviously dirty with food stuck in the inside of it. How the waitress did not see that upon pouring the water... Needless to say we usually stay at the Menger Hotel but only stayed at the Wyndham due to the Menger being booked for that weekend. We will be returning to the Menger in the future.

Everything was great other than in room dining experience. Breakfast order was never delivered The restaurant manager did comp us for breakfast buffet the following morning. Buffet was great, had to change our schedule in order to dine during the hours open.

Very comfortable place to stay noone bothers u and is convenient walking distance to restaurants and shopping and night life

Hotel facilities are worn and need refreshing, especially public areas, elevators, etc. Staff was nice.

Family vacation. We enjoyed the friendly staff and accomodations. Room was comfortable with easy access to the Riverwalk.

For the price I paid, I could've gotten better deal staying in a suite at the Holiday Inn express. Our room at the had dirty tiles and black stains in the grout inside bathroom. I also was not happy about forking over $10 a day for Internet, $23+tax per day for parking and $17 for breakfast buffet. I will not be returning to the Wyndham hotel ever.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and nicely furnished. The temperature in the room and the bed were deliciously comfortable. There is a nice restaurant where I had a good breakfast. A bar in the lobby was available in the evening and the Libby itself is gorgeous. I loved that I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Restaurants, the Alamo, and Riverwalk access were all so close by. I was only there one night but I would have liked to stay longer. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was pleasant, courteous and very helpful Room was clean. Would definitely book a room there again.

They put his in a room right next to the elevator and that's all we heard all night having 2 littles they didn't get much sleep. Did laundry there and ruined a couple pairs of my shorts. Bell boy was a total jerk. Stayed almost a week and paid way to much for what it was worth.

Great experience would recommend to my friends and family.

Was a nice time, kids next door were super loud but that's the parents fault for not teaching them to behave.

It was an ok hotel for our one night stay but it did have some malfunctions lol Elevator goy stuck, ice machine was out of ice, iron was not working. Overall it was ok
