Casa renovada cerca de Lackland, Med Center, Sea World (Permiso STR # 2018-0042)

Casa adosada de 3 dormitorios recientemente remodelada en el lado noroeste de San Antonio., A solo 10-15 minutos de Lackland AFB, Sea World, Fiesta Texas y el famoso Alamo y Riverwalk.

Esta casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en una comunidad cerrada y tranquila con un hermoso entorno tipo parque y una espectacular piscina (no climatizada artificialmente). Las habitaciones incluyen 1 cama king size, 1 cama queen size y 2 camas matrimoniales para alojar cómodamente a 6 adultos.

La sala de estar cuenta con un cómodo sofá de cuero y un sillón doble y un televisor de 55 "con programación AT&T Uverse, DVR e internet inalámbrico. También hay un segundo televisor (32 ") en el dormitorio principal que se puede mover a cualquiera de los dormitorios. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con cafetera de goteo, licuadora, tostadora, ollas, sartenes, platos y cubiertos para 8 personas.

El comedor formal tiene una impresionante mesa de madera con capacidad para 8.

El área del patio privado tiene una mesa, sillas, sombrilla y una parrilla de gas ... perfecta para una reunión familiar al aire libre.

La piscina se encuentra a pocos pasos de la casa en el medio del complejo. La temporada de piscinas abre el segundo domingo de abril y dura hasta finales de septiembre. Al igual que con cualquier grupo, a veces surgen problemas imprevistos que requieren que la HOA lo cierre temporalmente por mantenimiento. No sucede a menudo y generalmente es solo por un período corto, pero cuando esto sucede, está fuera de mi control, por lo que no puedo ofrecer ninguna garantía. La piscina generalmente está abierta durante la temporada baja, pero no se calienta artificialmente, por lo que no se recomienda su uso durante los meses de otoño e invierno.

We stayed here to attend my son’s BMT graduation. This place was FANTASTIC and met ALL of our vacation needs. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed and then some. Christopher was absolutely Amazing! He responded promptly to all my questions and concerns with courtesy and kindness. This was a Great little place to stay and it was close to all the major attractions.

We enjoy this cute townhouse while at our son's Air Force graduation from BMT. Close distance from base allows for capitalizing on your time with your loved one either sightseeing or just hanging out with your ariman for some quiet down time! Lots of attractions within short drive.

Fantastic place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay while in San Antonio. It had everything we needed…. Beds were very comfortable, A/c was amazing, loved the private patio, very clean, and accommodating!! My husband loved the fob to open the gate… and it was a quiet area.

Perfect location

Property needs a deep cleaning, as well as some much needed repairs. Beds were very comfortable and there were ample towels, etc. The pool was not at all safe for anyone to swim in, but that is an HOA issue, not something the host can control. We liked that we felt safe in the area. Host was very easy to work with.

Close to Lackland Air Force Base

We were here for a graduation at the Lackland Air Force Base. It was great to be close to everything, such as Six Flags, seaWorld mini mall and grocery shopping. It sure was a bonus to have that nice swimming pool just across the street. We had enough room for everybody. The gas grill worked out great in the backyard as it was so hot, we did not want to cook inside.

My family and I stayed 5 nights. It was great location, close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. We were here for a family member graduating from basic training.The beds were very comfortable and it was nice enjoying the community pool. We had it to ourselves most of the time. We were in town for a family funeral. The townhouse was centrally located in a secure gated community. Kitchen was well stocked beds Comfy, and tvs in all bed rooms so the kids weren't fighting over what to watch Grocery store and restaurants near by were Convenient we were able to make meals or grab take out. Over all a great stay

Refurbished Townhouse. We enjoyed our stay. Older townhouse community with friendly helpful neighbors. Although not downtown, most attraction are only 20-30 mins. away. Appliances are not new models, but in working order. Would stay again.

Nice and clean townhouse with comfortable beds. As stated in the description it is about 20 minutes from downtown but easy to get there via highway. We did alot of activities that were outside of downtown so it was the perfect hub for our daily adventures. We stayed the first week in April and the pool was open and clean.

Perfect for Our Needs!

In town for Air Force Basic Military Training graduation. Check-in process was very easy and although we didn't need to contact the owner for anything, the initial e-mail more than covered everything we needed to know for our stay. The location/distance to Lackland was convenient and the unit was roomy and comfortable.
