You will be 12 minutes walking from The Pearl. 15 minutes walking to the tourist area of the Riverwalk. 20 minutes from the Alamo (must see) and River Center Shops. Your unit will have everything you need and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have on-site valet for anything you might need during your stay.

This centrally locate home is spacious and cozy for an enjoyable stay. It has everything you need plus some. It has a in unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent and fabric softeners for your convenience. With a comfortable queen size bed and a queen size pullout couch you will sleep like a baby.

We provide one parking pass that allows your to park anywhere not marked reserved. We have reserved parking for available $30.00 per night if you don`t want to have to look for parking.

Perfect Location

The property is located very close to all attractions. Conventon Center, Brewery, Zoo, The Quarry, etc. Property is clean and nice and quiet. Beautiful view of the river walk But away from all the hustle and bustle. The bed is very comfortable as are the pillows and we slept very well and rested. Great facility. Easy access to parking garage and security is tops. Ramiro and Jacob the property managers are very responsive and attentive during our stay. Highly recommend this property!!

The property was just as described. Great place! The host was extremely helpful and responsive. I don't know if this is a me issue but when I clicked on the get directions through the VRBO app it took me to the wrong location. It was about ten minutes away from the property. Just type in the address given and it will get you where you need and ask of the instructions from the property host will then make sense. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone coming in town to San Antonio.

Right on the Riverwalk and close to everything.

I came to San Antonio for a tournament and needed a place to stay. I wanted a clean, safe, and modern place to stay. This was my choice and I was so happy. The unit was clean and had the amenities that were important to me. The host was communicative and accommodating.

Riverwalk Gem

This condo was perfectly situated on the Riverwalk and walking distance to the Alamo and many venues . Views from the living room and bedroom are amazing. Only thing I would recommend is new bedding, otherwise, this place was perfect for our stay.
