Room were dirty. Smells pretty. People outside smoking weed. Like if nothing. Hallways also had musty smell..will never stay at a red roof ..

The hotel was ok. I regretted that I cancelled my other reservation for this hotel. When I pulled up to hotel there were young people hanging & smoking in front of one of the rooms. Toilet overflowed, getting our feet, shoes & the carpet wet. I informed staff in reservation area, it took maintenance about an hour to fix the toilet. I also requested to change rooms, & was given a room close to front where there was a man smoking outside which I could smell in my room (every time he stepped out to smoke). Another customer requested his money back & was charged an outrageous fee-considering the services he received. He complained about the noise & not being able to sleep. I also heard alot of noise during the morning hours & off & on during the day when people checked in. I won’t stay at that hotel ever again.

For a quick over night stay, not too far from Sea World its ok. The outside not very appealing but the rooms were updated. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Room was not what I expected. The room was not clean when I arrived. When we took na shower the tub would get full of water right away

Place needs serious upgrades and cleaning! Bathroom wasn't nice. The shower valve leaked water and had no pressure! The stairs where dirty and not lit! I'd never stay here again!

My stay was good and I had no issues with the room. I would defiantly stay there again. Great hotel for the price.

Good place but lost door key access almost everyday. Need to bring the card key to front desk for re-program after leave the building

All employees were very nice and accommodating. The front desk crew was always friendly and peofessional. A great red roof location. The rooms are clean.

Room was nice. Modern. Pool was closed for the winter. 3 floors. The only concern was that the police were called a couple of times by neighbors. I had my dog with me otherwise I might have not felt as safe.

The hotel was clean and felt safe at a good price. The location was nice as well. Overall i would recommend this place

The room is cozy and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioner is good. The only problem is the faucet for shower. It is hard to be modified. My daughter is unable to open it. So I had to spend long time to set the faucet in the way and keep the water running until my daughter finished.

The tub was dirty, remote or light didn't work. I would never stay there again.

Staff was great, but mattress was uncomfortable and could feel springs. Asked for two keys, only one key was ever able to be activated at a time. Part of tile in the bathroom was on the floor. Not sure how long it had been there like that since the room had just been cleaned.

I checked in and the room i was assigned looked like it wasnt fully furnished. It is simple: Put a chair to sit down!

It was a great staying very convenient location. it was in the middle of everywhere I had to go to amusement parks, shopping, restaurants ex ex. Staff Was great, just think that Hotel needs a little remodeling on the exterior but other than that it was a great stay.

the staff was great but the room wasn't exactly clean upon arrival. Location was great only about 10 minutes from Seaworld. The wifi sucked and there was a lot of broken stuff in the room. I guess you get what you pay for. Could have been a lot worse.

The stay was good, rooms were very nice and clean, plenty of close parking, staff was very helpful. The computer was down for printing seaworld tickets but front desk offered to do it for us, so that was nice. Great deal for the price and close to seaworld, restaurants, stores etc.

The hotel was nice and pleasant. The staff greeted me warmly and got me into my room without delay

For a quick over night stay, not too far from Sea World its ok. The outside not very appealing but the rooms were updated. The staff was very nice and helpful.
