7/10. The hotel is a good value in our trip to San Antonio but not the most comfortable one. The main issue is the room was very stuffy for some reason. The air conditioner was loud if you don't turn it off manually. I booked for a room with two double beds but when we arrived, that type of rooms were overbooked. The front desk was kind enough to give us a suite with one king bed and one sofa bed however the sofa bed was probably the hardest I ever slept on. Thanks to the front desk, this issue was corrected on the second day. Mediocre continental breakfast was offered so we ate only once. Again, the price was good so we can spend more in the local restaurants. The pool (not heated), jacuzzi, and fitting rooms are well maintained and practical.

This room, which was advertised as 325 square feet, was actually only 190 square feet. It didn’t even have courtesy water. The rooms were ugly, and we were offered a special needs room without any choice.

The hinge was loose on my bathroom door so you couldn't close the door and ZERO water pressure!!!! is took 10 minutes to get wet in the shower !!! I have NEVER seen a motel charge a guest for parking in addition to the room fee !!!
