The size of the room is great for families, and we really appreciated the separate living space so that we could hang out while the kids napped. The location of the hotel is also great, and the riverwalk level was very festively decorated for the holidays which our kids loved. That being said, the rooms are a bit tired and smell musty. This hotel could use a refresh, especially the carpets which were stained. Service was hit or miss, we had to call more than once to get a pack and play delivered, and they brought it without sheets. We phoned for an extra blanket and it never arrived. Overall, average experience.

We did not have breakfast at the Hotel. We had dinner and it was ok. The staff at the dront desk are not very friendly. Waited 45 minutes to get a room while other were attended right away. They charged me a $240 dollar deposit when in the app it said $93. I was also getting charge for 4 night of valet parking, when i only stayed 3, good thing i looked over twice.
