Location- excellent! Right on the beautiful Riverwalk. The area of SanAn around the hotel but not on the RWalk was great too. Valet Parking - seems a little pricey at $53+ tax per day, had to wait a bit sometimes (not too bad), very friendly service. Staff - very responsive and professional. Room- we got a suite with a sitting area, which was lovely. The bed was so comfortable too. It was super clean. We had a view of the RW which was so pretty at night. My only MINOR “complaint” would be the need for some touch-ups in the room. There was a water stain along the bottom of the curtains, damaged walls/paint in the bathroom, some of the outlets weren’t functioning and kind of sank into the wall. There was also a smell in the room. It was sort of like the smell of wet carpet that had gotten cleaned. It wasn’t exactly unpleasant but was not exactly welcome. it didn’t bother us enough to change rooms so we didn’t complain. Key cards stopped working randomly late one night. Front desk was super quick to fix it. Had trouble with getting the card to work in the elevator once and got stuck in there for a few minutes. Probably my own fault though! Overall - I would stay there again. But I would check out my room before committing to it!

There was a snag with reservation, not sure is link issue was with expidia or hotel. Staff at check in could improve by being more friendly and accommodating. Valet was delayed on two occasions, possibly short staffed. Hotel and room were excellent as well as location.

Loved my experience; shout out to Abbas who worked the counter and upon arrival took care of my wife and I with not only check in but a complimentary Champagne and strawberries. Love the elevator view and roof top pool. My three concerns for why I have 3 stars was the limited restaurant options, poor plumbing in the rooms and that it took 2 months for me to receive my deposit back. Someone from the hotel promised to call me back but I never received a call. Awesome view so it made up for the bad plumbing.

room bath had a sink leak that flooded the countertop everytime that you open the faucet. Double beds are small than usual, wide and length. It is more a twin bed than a queen bed and short. Shower head is very low and for someone that is 6ft is lower than chest. People that had the next door room slept past 2am and were shooting obscene things all night while talking or playing video games. Disorganize Valet and it takes a lot of time for them to get the car. Restaurant does not have much choices, mostly sandwiches or related items. Since you are in the riverwalk you might want to walk to eat somewhere else.

Spacious Suites and Convenient Location

Spacious suites right on the River Walk and a short walk from the convention center and the Alamo. Excellent hotel bar/restaurant. The room was delightfully frigid on 100+ degree days. Fast wi-fi and friendly service.

What a beautiful property! We stayed here to go to an event at the Alamodome. It was easily walkable. This hotel has direct access to the riverwalk and lots of dining options. I absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely go back again.
