The property is near Broadway and many eateries, bars, and entertainment. Safe place and quiet neighborhood.

Not what we expected

The reviews made this place sound amazing. The pictures made this listing look really nice. But the reality was totally different. First things first the host was very polite and prompt to respond. My complaint is mostly the location and the place itself. As soon as my wife and I arrive to the location, the neighborhood looked shady and run down. An elderly man walking around in underwear’s soiled on the first floor made it awkward to walk up to our stay. Next , the neighbor right across the door walks out just as we are making our way up and just stares at us while not wearing a shirt. By the time we make it inside we are already having second thoughts about the stay. So we make our way around the stay itself and it had an awful smell of cigarette smoke. The bathtub was dirty and had hairs all over. The place is old and you can hear the neighbors from downstairs. We decided to leave the place and get a hotel. I apologized to the owner but we had no intention of staying there as we did not feel comfortable. Take it for what it is, maybe it was just our bad luck for that day. But I just have to share to prevent this from happening to someone else.

Comfy Cozy

Just the right size for two adults. Bedroom has a large king bed and is very comfortable. The walk-in closet has plenty of hangers and lots of room. The bathroom is right across the hall and has great lighting. The area is in an older neighborhood but this apartment is nicely done for its age.

Very clean and excellent Location

I truly enjoyed my stay here at Celeste’s apartment. It was cleaned and organized to perfection. I liked how it had the little thing available in the kitchen to make your first day a bit easier before you hit the grocery store like oatmeal, yogurt, water etc… also good attention to detail with the little thing in stock like spices, sugar, creamer and coffee. Celeste was the sweetest and so helpful in pointing me in the right direction to see the city with my girlfriend. The neighborhood is a great location right off broadway and just outside the city. Plenty of park and not far from st Mary’s St. if you wanted to enjoy some of San Antonio’s night life. I’d highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret a thing.

Quiet & Convenient Location to Downtown!

Our stay was great! You could tell the owner, Celeste put a lot of thought & care Into making sure every detail was perfect from the bedding to kitchen supplies! She was excellent with communicating back & forth & offered great suggestion for our trip. Apartment was very close to Pearl District, Alamo & downtown. Thank you!

STOP SEARCHING BOOK ASAP!

Upon arrival we felt right at home. It felt like home . My fiancé and I felt safe staying there. When reaching out to Celeste, she responded fast and is a very sweet lady! Loved staying there ! Will defiantly be booking again ! Thank you so much ! Highly highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. The place looks nice in the pictures but it’s nicer in person TURST ME. The place is extremely clean and neat ! really wished I could have stayed longer, but I will be back ! Thank you for an awesome relaxing stay !
