We had a medical procedure in San Antonio, this was the perfect home to recover in, it was clean and comfortable! It was very much a home away from home. It was close to everything that we needed. Dan kept great communication with us! We definitely recommend it to everyone!

Could’ve been better and more detailed

The location was close to highway and Walmart and a range of areas to eat and shop. Place is outdated , missing knobs on stove , sink spraying water from kitchen faucet . Dryer didn’t work , reached property manager and nothing was done to fix this ,BIG NO NO ! had to air dry towels , Only one tv and tv wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi ,spoke on that and nothing was done either ! I was told to unplug and plug EVERYTHING back that wasn’t working . It was very annoying knowing I’ve paid this money to stay here and had to end up buying Extra towels to wash up and staying out late because there was not tv to watch and nothing was done to make my stay pleasant. I would only recommend this place to someone who doesn’t mind wearing dirty clothes , don’t watch tv , being charged a non negotiable insurance fee for a place which needed repairs before your stay ,& don’t mind an occasional late night argument from the neighbors and large dogs meeting you at your car door .
