Awful

It is dirty, noisy and not worth a penny. I paid almost 100 dollars for a room which was just ok and had no towels for two days despite asking for one three times at reception. Breakfasts are not bad. Other two meals were included in my plan but I opted to eat elsewhere in order to spend as little time as possible here. They need to clean the place and pay more attention to guests rather that just wanting to take our money and deliverer no type of decent service.

Llegamos al on vacation caribbean y nos llevaron al tower, estaría bueno que avisen para ir directo en el taxi ya que llegamos de madrugada, pero todo excelente, la atención, la comida, la higiene, pasamos muy bien, volveremos!!!

Un hotel para pasar una sola noche, baño sin agua caliente, si quieres usar wifi te cobran 20000 pesos Colombianos por 3 días,,,las habitaciones tienen lo necesario y estan muy limpias,,,lo peor es que a la hora de comer uno de los empleados se servía la mejor parte de la comida para el,,,,,

Nos fue mal, la tarifa pagada por este hotel es exagerada para la calidad de la estadia. La habitacion que nos asignaron estaba pesima. Definitivamente, el hotel se debe preocupar mucho mas por el mantenimiento de su infraestructura.

Hotel sucio sin aislacion acústica en las hab.

Hotel con graves deficiencias en el aseo. Camas con arena y pelos. El aseo del baño es un desastre. No te reponen papel higiénico, nosotros tuvimos que ir a pedirlo. No reponen toallas todos los días. La comida bufett no es libre, hay una persona que controla la cantidad que comes. No reponen la comida lo suficiente de acuerdo a la cantidad de comensales. Aire acondicionado solo en las habitaciones, en la areas comunes no hay. Las habitaciones no tienen aislacion acústica. Se escucha toda la noche el paseo a través de los pasillos. Es muy ruidoso. Para poner más camas dentro de las habitaciones, ponen una debajo del aire acondicionado, lo que es realmente horroroso. Un resfrío del terror que arruina las vacaciones. El hotel es realmente un desastre. Aunque se pague barato no vale la pena!!!!

Hotel de Combate

Es un hotel de 'Combate', muy sencillo. Para personas que solo necesitan ir a dormir. Habitación: Muy sencilla, con un buen colchón, dormí muy bien. Aire acondicionado, TV, nevera. Cero lujos, todo sencillo pero apenas para llegar a descansar. Bar: un bar pequeño, con unas 3 mesas, los licores que sirven son de baja calidad, pero me tomé un par de tragos. No le vi ambiente para estar allí. Piscina: Está de adorno, es muy pequeña, no le entra el sol. No es para el que quiera ir a quedarse descansando en el hotel. Servicio: Muy mal servicio, pero es normal en toda la isla. Estuve 8 días, y fuimos a varios tours, bares, restaurantes, etc. Y en general las personas de la isla no tienen vocación de servicio al cliente,. Alimentación: si usted está acostumbrado a comer en buenos restaurantes, éste no es su hotel. El menú no es variado, la sazón no es la mejor. NO esperes tener las comidas de lujo, son muy sencillas tipo ‘Corrientazo’ Ubicación: a dos cuadras de la playa, está ubicado en la zona del centro que considero es la mejor opción para estar en San Andres. Costo-Beneficio: si logras aprovechar una muy buena promoción y obtener un buen precio,es una buena opción. De todas formas compara con precios de otros hoteles.

O hotel é bom, muito bem localizado, conta com um all inclusive simples mas gostoso e que muda todo dia. Além de poder usufruir do bar e piscinas dos outros hotéis da rede.

Não recomendo este hotel

Hotel não possui elevador, péssimo ter que subir escadas com as bagagens. Wi-Fi não era de graça, se quisesse tinha que pagar. Achei bem bagunçado, a porta do quarto estava quebrada e a chave enroscava toda vez, não tinha toalhas nem panos de chão no banheiro, toda vez que ia tomar banho molhava todo o quarto. Não tinha sequer uma colcha para cobrir, por mais que lá fosse quente, de madrugada refrescava e precisava me cobrir. O vaso do banheiro entupiu e ficou o dia todo sem ninguém limpar. A limpeza do quarto demorava a ir, saía de manhã e quando voltava no meio do dia e ainda não tinham arrumado o quarto. A piscina fica no meio do saguão e por esse motivo ficava todo molhado e sujo. Um grande problema desse hotel é a limpeza não ser a todo momento principalmente onde os hóspedes passavam quando saíam da piscina. O hotel é velho e está mal conservado. São bons para cobrar dos hóspedes mas deixam a desejar no serviço. No quarto não tem um armário ou prateleira pra botar as roupas, tem que ficar tudo na mala e também não tem telefone para falar com a recepçao. Qualquer problema tinha que descer as escadas e ir falar pessoalmente, o que também pouco resolvia. A unica coisa boa desse hotel são as 3 recepcionistas muito simpáticas, no mais não recomendo o hotel.

Se você procura um hotel tumultuado escolha esse..

O Hotel é bem tumultuado e mal organizado. O checking era para ser feito atá as 17:00, mas só nos liberaram o quarto as 19:00. O recepção é uma bagunça, onde o hotel permite que empresas vedam pacotes turísticos o que da a impressão que você esta numa estação de trem. O hotel tem dois andares e não tem elevador, assim sendo você terá que subir a escada com sua mala. A piscina fica no meio do caminho do bar e restaurante o que inviabiliza o seu uso. Banheiro é bem antigo e tem cortina no box, a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar leve chinelo para nunca pisar no chão.

Regular servicios, con costos injustificados

Regular, el primer día me pusieron muchos problemas, llegue a las 5 de la mañana y me cobraron 130000 por la estadía hasta las 5 que era el checkin. El último día también cobraron otros valores, que lo pagado a través de la página no cubría el costo de la habitación y cobraron 25000 más. El barman muy bueno pero lo mantenían ocupado en otras actividades y aveces permanecía solo el bar. No se encontró si no una sola vez el servicio de snacks pésimo. piscina demasiado pequeña. El hotel estaba en reparaciones y se dificultaba el desplazamiento.

publicitan internet que no lo brindan. no dejan disfrutar de la piscina. horarios restringidos por todo tipo de cuestiones. no limpian ni cambian toallas y ni hay elementos de aseo. la comida es la misma todos los dias.
