Place was nice and clean. But is very far a way from The Ocean, overall if you are looking to save some $$$ this is you place. Kitchen utensils were in bad condition.and the cabinets a bit smelly.

The space is great, nice kitchen, rooms with AC. The door handle was broken, kitchen was missing coffee maker, water is not drinkable. WiFi is very slow. The property manager requested a deposit of one third of the total to deposit in a Colombian account to make the reservation before our trip. She mentioned we could do an early check in but at the time we arrived the apartment was not ready and they couldn’t even get it ready by the normal check in time and we missed out the whole day of the beach time. Location is good but don’t think is two blocks from the ocean, the actual beach is 15 minutes walk. Overall we were happy with our stay but the property manager needs to do a better job.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, es amplio, muy limpio, esta en un lugar muy cerca del centro pero a la vez tranquilo, buena relacion calidad precio y el personal super amable.

O destaque do estabelecimento está relacionado ao espaço externo agradável. O que não gostei: Falta profissionalismo no atendimento; A infra estrutura é deficitária; Contratei um apartamento completo e fui alocada em uma cabana sem nenhuma infra estrutura; Durante os dez dias que lá permaneci a roupa de cama não foi trocada; A comunicação com a proprietária extremamente deficiente; Ficamos um dia inteiro sem papel higiênico, embora tivéssemos feito esta solicitação; A limpeza do espaço muito precária; As toalhas de banho só são trocadas quando você pede; Não existem toalhas de rosto; Muito barulho em decorrência das obras na casa da proprietária que mora no mesmo local;
