My family and I had a terrible vacation. The house did not match the photos in the advertisement. The brick barbecue was rusty and dirty, the faucets, toilets, and refrigerator were rusty. The deck was dirty, the chairs were dirty, and it was impossible to walk barefoot in that space. The house was dirty, with leftover food in the freezer, leftover food inside the pots, and chipped glasses and dishes. Instead of the single bed shown in photo 31 of the advertisement, there was a mattress for my daughter (a child) to sleep on the floor, with a dirty, crumpled sheet inside the closet. The mattress was next to a tangle of wires coming out of the wall; my daughter had to sleep next to this wiring and was exposed to insects seen in the area. In the ground floor bedroom where my 89-year-old father was supposed to sleep, there was a single mattress leaning against the wall, next to his bed, which, besides being very unsightly, hindered circulation in the room. The intercom didn't work; we had to cross the entire condominium and go down the condominium stairs to speak to the doorman. There was no way to order food because the intercom wasn't working for the doormen to let us know when the food had arrived. One of the doormen told us that he always warned about the need for maintenance, but that he wasn't listened to.Our reservation was for 11 nights, but we only slept 1 night in that house and had to urgently rent another property to stay the other nights.
