Desde o início tudo foi muito bom! A Suzi é uma excelente anfitriã, muito carinhosa e prestativa! Uma pessoa maravilhosa! A casa é deliciosa, com excelente estrutura de utensílios de cozinha/churrasco, os quartos são muito bons e com ar condicionado, a casa estava impecavelmente limpa e o condomínio é lindo! SUPER recomendo, pode alugar que será sem arrependimentos!

Quero em nome da minha família agradecer a Suzi por tanta receptividade com nosco desde o primeiro contato, simplesmente uma pessoa adorável! Passamos dias super agradáveis em sua casa, o condomínio super tranquilo,um ambiente a beira rio muito tranquilo e bonito, as acomodações da casa não temos do que reclamar, tudo muito organizado e limpo, ficamos muito satisfeitos! Foi a primeira vez que alugamos casa, e foi uma experiência ótima! As praias muito fácil de ir r por sinal lindas e ótimas para banho, e na vila tem supermercado, farmácia, caixa eletrônico ,uma ótima estrutura na região... enfim nos aproveitamos muito as férias ! Super recomendo!!!

Simplesmente perfeito. A casa é super aconchegante, a localização privilegiada e a proprietária super atenciosa. Foram extremamente flexíveis conosco e se colocaram a disposição para ajudar em eventuais necessidades. O condomínio as margens do Rio Jacuípe proporciona uma estadia fantástica em um verdadeiro paraíso, além da estrutura para atender crianças e a segurança impecável. Simplesmente perfeito.

A nossa experiencia com o aluguel do imóvel foi excelente. A proprietária-Suzy-nos recepcionou muito bem, nos tratou como se fossemos da familia e ainda fez um tour pelo condominio para nos mostrar os points do local. A casa é muito boa, tem toda a estrutura necessária para se passar dias de descanso com a familia. Realmente ficamos super satisfeitos com a experiencia e já estamos nos planejando para alugarmos a casa em outra ocasião. Muito obrigado Suzy, vc pensou em cada detalhe e nos proporcionou um final de semana maravilhoso. Abraços...
