Located in Residencial Mário Quintana on the 8th floor, 550m from Porto da Barra Beach, my space consists of 1 air-conditioned suite, Wi-fi, Smart TV, living room, integrated kitchen and balcony overlooking the city.

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table.
