The basement (third) bedroom was very nice and comfortable but not practical for some older guests due to configuration of the stairs. We very much enjoyed the quiet and interesting neighborhood. Felt very friendly and comfortable.

A very cute and quirky house in a great neighborhood. Everything was clean and there were little extras that we didn't expect! The decor was very nice and we loved the front porch! Thanks for providing such a nice place to stay on our visit to SLC.

Very responsive and excellent host. The house is walkable distance to the synagogue nearby, which is a great Shabbat stay. The interior design, color and selection of items were impeccable and appreciable by those who appreciate it.

I love staying here. The beds are so comfortable and the furnishing make me feel right at home. The location is perfect and the neighborhood has a great feel. Kim is so easy to communicate with.

LOVELY place!

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay — we were disappointed that we couldn’t stay longer. Fantastic amenities, lots of space, comfortable beds, excellent communication from host, and on-site laundry was so helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Always a great stay

I had stayed at this property previously and loved it so when I was in Salt Lake again I chose this beautiful apartment to stay in. It is clean and beautifully furnished. I love the location and the neighborhood. The host is very helpful.

I had a great stay at this property. Everything looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The host was easy to communicate with. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants.

I have stayed at this property previously when I was visiting Salt Lake City and I feel like it is a home away from home. The beds are so comfortable and the house is very cozy. The furnishings are nice and the property is very clean. The neighborhood is friendly and I love sitting on the front porch, especially in the morning. The host is very responsive. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores.

Quiet and Safe

I enjoyed my stay in this older, spacious 3 BR Dupleix. Everything worked perfectly and the older, quaint vibe of the place was very relaxing and peaceful. Plenty of parking on the street and shopping and restaurants are within a 20 minute casual walk.

We had a nice stay. The house was clean and neat. Kitchen had all necessary items. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets and linens. We would not hesitate to go back.

Felt like home

Kim, obviously respects her property and her guests. Well stocked to the point I felt guilty drinking so much coffee. Clean, cute, and a great location. Front porch is a nice hangout when weather permits. Thank you Kim.

Vintage hideaway

We were in town for a wedding and stayed 2 nights. The house was old but super cute and well maintained. Only one bathroom was a bit of a challenge, but we worked it out. Other than that I have no complaints!
