Fantastic Stay!

The property is much larger than I had expected! There is plenty of rooms and space, with multiple gathering areas. I can't wait to return in the summer to make full use of the spacious backyard to grill out and play games!

Great place for family

The house had lots of sleeping space. Seperate areas to be alone snd areas to be all together. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Excellent home and will let you stay just one night.

Close to the our concert venue and will allow a one night stay. Price is amazing. We had 11 adults and everyone slept comfortable and some in own bed. Highly recommend this home.

Fantastic space

The home is beautiful, and there was space for all of our family. We were in town for a funeral and so there was a lot of us, but we never felt cramped or like we were living on top of each other.

We were in town for a wedding at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center and the property was maybe 5 minutes away. Clean, convenient, and plenty of space.

A terrific first night in SLC

We stayed here for our first night in SLC. The house was spotlessly clean and our host was very responsive. The house was in a neighborhood that put us close to the shopping that we wanted to do (Costco! Right around the corner!) before our trip to the parks.

Like the space and location of the property, towels had a bit of a weird smell. I feel like cleaning could improve, there was hair on the floors the first day I arrived as well as in the showers.

Nice for a large group

My family and I of 14 people stayed for a night while in town for the Imagine Dragons concert. It wasn’t a long stay but the house did seem to have everything we needed. It does need a good cleaning. Walls and the roof in the family room seemed to have stains on them and the soap dispenser in one of the upstairs bathroom didn’t work. But other than that it was a nice stay.

Poorly maintained property with run down bedding, house and furniture. Unfavorable location and neighborhood. Would never recommend for anyone visiting SLC.

No dressers?

Not sure how other people travel, but everyone in my group traveled with socks and underwear. These are common items that go in a drawer of a dresser. However none of the rooms have dressers in them. The sink in the master bedroom has almost no space, there is no room for a toiletry bag. The thermostat had a schedule set up that would automatically adjust the temperature to 77 degrees throughout the day. With it set up like that, we were not able to get the temperature to a comfortable level before it would kick into that higher temperature again. Took us a day or so to figure that out and remove the schedule. The house has enough room for most families and has a small back yard to spread out into.
