The house was beautiful inside and out. Looks like a very recent, very high quality renovation. Great kitchen and nice seating all over, even a swing on the porch. Lots of amenities including several fireplaces, a nice hot tub and a really comfortable living room for watching movies. The location was perfect as well and we walked to nearby locations several days. We will be coming back to this house!

The property was absolutely spectacular. It was beautifully decorated and the location was superb. We appreciated the off street parking. We appreciated the digital guide and the videos that help us thoroughly enjoy the property.

Quite possibly the most unforgettable home in Salt Lake City

The place is gorgeous—upscale finishes, thoughtful updates, and a vibe that’s both chic and super comfortable. The chef's kitchen is spectacular and had everything we needed - the bathrooms felt like a spa, and every room was bright, airy, and welcoming. The decor and furniture were straight out of a Restoration Hardware catalog. I sell luxury real estate for a living and have a keen eye for quality materials and elevated aesthetics - I was not disappointed.What really made it special were the personal touches—plush décor, cozy throws, and premium linens and towers that made us feel that we were staying at a Ritz-Carlton. Plus, being right in the heart of downtown meant we could easily get everywhere. Our daughter's apartment was only a mile a way, so really convenient. Truly a five-star stay we’ll be talking about for a long time!
