Service not too friendly. Room fairly clean. Breakfast not very good.

I've stayed at low-cost budget hotels before, and there are certain things that I anticipate to be not so great. However, this particular hotel takes that to a whole new level. I have never walked into a more filthy, foul smelling, and decrepit hotel. Stains were present on the bedding, the floor, walls, and furniture. I was solicited sex on two separate instances. The front office staff was rude and unhelpful, and I ended up cancelling my stay before choosing to remain for the rest of the night. Please do not book a stay at this place and I would certainly not recommend it for families.

Our room was clean, and simple. The facility is old, but fairly well kept. The heater worked well (we stayed in December) but did take a while to warm up, but it kept the room warm once it was already warmed. We ended up running it all day while we were gone, so that it was warm when we got back in the evening. The shower-head was really low, but the water pressure was good, and we had hot water the whole time. The bathroom heater and fan didn't work, but didn't seem to be a problem for us. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

When we first went to our room, we walked past the vending machines. The food vending machine's glass was shattered and all the candy bars and chips were stolen from it. This left my wife and kids with an ominous feeling about the hotel and our location. Inside the room the front grate of the A/C/Heater was missing and my 15 month old kept trying to put his hand inside it. One of the beds had pubic hair on the sheets when we pulled back the covers and there was a press-on finger nail on the floor of the bathroom. We didn't have enough towels and there was no extra toilet paper role. There wasn't a fridge or microwave, but that was in the description when I booked.

The rooms are durty, we have to ask for another room because it was durty and smell like cigarrrete and it was a non smoking room. The second we got there was hair in the bathroom floor as well in the toilet.. the beds looked like they never changed the sheets they just re made the bed after people checks out ..you could see hair in the pillows and sheets..a

It was so scary wrong bugs that I have no idea what were did not feel comfortable or safe taking a shower or going to the bathroom yelling and screaming people knocking on your door at all hours of the morning like 2 a.m. and you don't know if what they're doing drugs homeless people not cool this is not what I had in mind when I go to stay at some Hotel

First room given to me was dirty. Second was not done cleaning. Third was ok but building looks like it needs some repairs. Local area is ok except for many homeless in area at night.great access to downtown shopping across freeway, a short walk. Location is good but rooms are dirty as I need and air freshener for a non smoking room.

It was dirty Bugs in tissue box The room was dirty it smelled gross their was mold growing in the shower ceing the TVs channels didn't work

The room was needs maintenence especially the bathroom

This place was a Rat and roach infested crap hole. never again stay here or use orbitz

I retired to sleep about 9:45, shortly after at about 10:00 3 or 4 children began playing in the pool, just outside my room's door. they made noise that kept me awake unijl after 11:00

Disgusting, walls were dirty had mold on the bathroom door. carpet was dirty, ac was broken bathtub was so gross I didn't shower there was 30 police outside my room swat K9. They are disrespectful staff. Warning DO NOT STAY! I didn't even sleep under the covers.

The hotel staff was wonderful and all but it was in a very bad area with a lot of transients.

great value, the staff was good too. the rooms were clean with a decent breakfast place, overall a good experience.

very friendly staff, near trax stop, very accommodating.

Overall enjoyable! We stayed the night prior at a horrible little motel down the street. I loved the quietness of the room we were in. Ended our trip on an awesome note! Thanks!

Holes in the bedspread, ancient pillows, white linens aged grey, a strange smell from the heating unit (dead rodent?), and a grungy feel to some of the surfaces. The parking lot was dirty. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. But my expectations were low for the price, and I travel with disinfectant. No hairdryer (despite calling and asking ahead of time). Great shower pressure. Worse yet, rude and poor service. I knew I was delayed in my travels, so I called to let them know. It took a solid 8 minutes for them to find my reservation. When I arrived, I waited at least 20 minutes for a room key. The young man was new, not trained well, and couldn't solve the issues for the previous customer without multiple phone calls -- and having problems because the front desk phone did not work. The check in form I signed was illegible because the printer was out of toner. Of the two room keys provided, only one worked. The next morning, I went to check out and get a receipt for my expense report. I was waiting five minutes before someone asked if I needed help. I just said I needed a receipt and the young woman behind the desk turned around and very rudely said, JUST GIVE ME A MINUTE! Not, Good Morning. We're having a technical problem, however I will help you as quickly as possible. Coffee while you wait? (Any attempt at politeness would have been welcomed.) I just toss the room keys down and left. I had a plane to catch. And that young woman was just nasty. And I still can't get a receipt!!!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location close to downtown SLC. Otherwise, it is a complete dump. Our room had bare bulbs in the ceiling in the bathroom, huge holes in the carpeting, gum stuck to the carpet, and reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. When I asked the front desk to be moved to another room, I was told that they all smell like smoke and there is nothing they can do about it. The front desk clerk then gave me a can of air freshener and told me to take care of it myself. Would have left except that there was a huge convention in town and everything else was sold out or $600.

All was well except for the wifi. Lots of trouble connecting and staying connected, plus slow speed.
