Non smoking room smelled like smoking. Cigarette butts and ashes under bed. Homeless hanging outside at all hours? Room lights not working. No answer on phone when dial 0 for office assistance. The room was cheap, so did not complain.

Everything was great. There’s nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed slept comfortable. If and when I travel back to the area, Ramada would be where I will stay. The only suggestion would be is for the breakfast hours be extended. Thanks Ramada!

Cheap place, great location near downtown and airport, with light rail right out front. Really big place with a very dirty parking lot with lots of people milling about and being noisy even late at night. It's a good place if you're just in need of a cheap overnight. The room was clean though needs renovation. Good room size with comfy bed. Staff was great. Bad continental breakfast.

First the negatives: No microwave; lighting of room very dim; Shuttle service unreliable and doesn't run as needed or on weekend; breakfast minimal; light blankets so had to keep heat turned up all the time. Positives: very close to Trax station; adjacent to Leatherby's a great and budget ice cream parlor/sandwhich and soup shop; quiet, hotel paid for Uber to airport after inability to get driver to use shuttle. Basically, if it is the cheapest place you can find, it will do. But I would look for more quality.

The stairs are dirty. One night , the guest next door was making too much noises. The facility is too close to UTA line and able to hear the train running from the room. In general , the facility is poorly maintained.

It was an ok stay. compared to another hotel not too far away that was a little bit nicer charged $80 dollars less than this hotel...

Room was much nicer than expected Only spent $45 per night - cheapest I could find Unfortunately, it is surrounded by hostile homeless people that demand money and physically grabbed at my shirt as I passed by. The area sadly seems to need a police presence.

Let me sum up: broken appliances (fridge, TV remote, phone had missing keys), the iron was missing, there was poor drainflow in the shower and sink (some questionable items were in the sink drain) and there were open coffee and soap packets in the room. The soap looked used. These were the biggest issues with the room. There is an increasingly unclean and unsafe area surrounding this hotel. So it will be good to avoid the west side of Salt Lake City altogether. I only stayed for one of my scheduled three nights and am waiting for my refund for the two nights, which I know is on its way. Econolodge needs to relocate, then substantially improve the condition of its rooms and amenities. Otherwise, I could never set foot there again.

,junk everywhere in parking lot. Dirty, stinky room

Service not too friendly. Room fairly clean. Breakfast not very good.

I've stayed at low-cost budget hotels before, and there are certain things that I anticipate to be not so great. However, this particular hotel takes that to a whole new level. I have never walked into a more filthy, foul smelling, and decrepit hotel. Stains were present on the bedding, the floor, walls, and furniture. I was solicited sex on two separate instances. The front office staff was rude and unhelpful, and I ended up cancelling my stay before choosing to remain for the rest of the night. Please do not book a stay at this place and I would certainly not recommend it for families.

Our room was clean, and simple. The facility is old, but fairly well kept. The heater worked well (we stayed in December) but did take a while to warm up, but it kept the room warm once it was already warmed. We ended up running it all day while we were gone, so that it was warm when we got back in the evening. The shower-head was really low, but the water pressure was good, and we had hot water the whole time. The bathroom heater and fan didn't work, but didn't seem to be a problem for us. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

When we first went to our room, we walked past the vending machines. The food vending machine's glass was shattered and all the candy bars and chips were stolen from it. This left my wife and kids with an ominous feeling about the hotel and our location. Inside the room the front grate of the A/C/Heater was missing and my 15 month old kept trying to put his hand inside it. One of the beds had pubic hair on the sheets when we pulled back the covers and there was a press-on finger nail on the floor of the bathroom. We didn't have enough towels and there was no extra toilet paper role. There wasn't a fridge or microwave, but that was in the description when I booked.

The rooms are durty, we have to ask for another room because it was durty and smell like cigarrrete and it was a non smoking room. The second we got there was hair in the bathroom floor as well in the toilet.. the beds looked like they never changed the sheets they just re made the bed after people checks out ..you could see hair in the pillows and sheets..a

It was so scary wrong bugs that I have no idea what were did not feel comfortable or safe taking a shower or going to the bathroom yelling and screaming people knocking on your door at all hours of the morning like 2 a.m. and you don't know if what they're doing drugs homeless people not cool this is not what I had in mind when I go to stay at some Hotel

First room given to me was dirty. Second was not done cleaning. Third was ok but building looks like it needs some repairs. Local area is ok except for many homeless in area at night.great access to downtown shopping across freeway, a short walk. Location is good but rooms are dirty as I need and air freshener for a non smoking room.
