This was by far the most unclean hotel I’ve ever experienced. The sheets were questionable, the floor was slimy, there were stains on the bathroom wall, the tub was disgusting. And the real kicker was the live cockroach in one of the drawers. I had to leave early I was so grossed out.

The rooms were dirty. The first room they assigned me was disgusting and stinky. I asked for another room but that room was still dirty! The sheets were not clean! When I pulled the covers back there were chip crumbs on the sheets so I had to go to front dresk and ask for a fresh set of linen. The dresser, T.V, coffe maker, etc was very dusty. Its obvious that house keeping do not care about making sure the rooms are actually cleaned and sanitized. I will never stay here again!

This hotel was unacceptable. The service was horrible, the clerk never took the headphones out of his ears. The door did not lock and had been bashed it to barely close. The peep hole was missing and had been covered with tape. The location was terrifying with people smoking cram and needles all over the ground.

This hotel is clearly a very old building that was repainted, but still requires a lot of repair. The staff was unprofessional, the shower had gobs of mildew on the walls, and there were unknown substances splattered on the walls and ceiling. The only positive aspect of the experience is that is was inexpensive.

The beds were clean and the staff were friendly. The coffee they had in the rooms was horrible. The bathroom door wouldn't shut and lock. The furniture in the room hadn't been dusted and the room smelled musty.

Will not stay at any Econo Lodge or Choice Hotels in general ever again.

Awful.. rude staff, dirty as can be, found drugs in my room, lights missing bulbs, restroom door wouldn't close & had a hole punched in it, air conditioning had an awful smell, sink was broken, and lots of criminals and suspicious behavior in the tenants.

In need of repairs and cleaning Machines on breakfast bar needed cleaned and adjusted for right mixture of oj. Takes too long to return security deposit

Hotel was nice, all we needed was a place to sleep and shower. It was a good $50 room with close access to the Vivint center.

The front desk attendant was polite and quick. The room was clean.

There were bedbugs. I noticed them my second night. The staff was pleasant enough when I checked in, and I dealt with the same people when I was checking out after finding the bugs. They were again pleasant enough, and apologetic. I was supposed to have stayed for 9 nights. Also, the tv did not work and neither did the remote. The battery compartment cover was missing from the remote and the whole thing was crusty. The room would have been pretty comfortable otherwise. It was a little run-down looking, especially the bathroom area, but not too bad considering the cost of the room.

Clean, but room is definitely older, bathroom fan really noisy, and mattress had a big dip in the middle

At thé réception thé Guy was helpful but not friendly. It is Saïd there is a loundry service in thé book but in fact nothing. This book in thé room Must be up dated. Noisy place.

Roaches!!!! No refund or apologie. Will NEVER stay there. We checked in and checked back out in less than 10 min. I didn't even want to aisit in the chair. YUCK!

The hotel wouldn't let me check in without a $100 deposit, which I have never paid for a budget hotel before. the 1st room we were checked in to hadnt been cleaned yet so we were moved to a 2nd room. The shower handle was coming out of the wall, the smoke detector was hanging by wires sticking out of a hole in the roof, there were a couple of little roaches in the room, and overall it had a very unkept look to it. Breakfast was very limited, basically just cereal and toast. The only benefit is the location- you can easily walk, bike, or scoot to downtown from this hotel.

Even though we stayed only for 1 night, the experience was terrible. We were 2 families, and so we booked 2 rooms. We were given 2 rooms at the extreme end of the L shaped building. The staircase beside the rooms was stinking of urine. Room1 did not open with the key provided. After 2-3 trips to the reception, they sent a handyman with a master key. Even the master key failed to open the door! We were then given another room. (All this happened at 2 AM in the morning!) Room2 opened fine, but were full of bugs. My friend had to stay awake whole night killing them. The bathroom door was also partially broken. Breakfast was pathetic! The breakfast 'area' was actually another room with all furniture removed, and replaced with table and chairs. The place was cramped and overcrowded at peak time, with people holding chairs and tables. There were absolutely minimum food options, only bread, butter, coffee and some juice/milk. Overall, the stay was utterly disgusting. I will never refer this place to anyone, even my enemies!
