From the very beginning it was a nightmare The instructions to get into the apartment was very bad most of the information was obsolete, I spent an hour and a half stuck in the hallway because I did not have a clear instruction of where my apartment was it didn't even have a number it just says Go right and left in this door, which was all incorrect. The number that I called put me on hold for almost an hour. The keypad to get you into places did not work until I complain several times. No clear person to communicate with. Very stressful for me and this is just within the first day.
