Staying in Ryan's home felt like staying at a friend's or family member's home for a short vacation. It was homey and had probably everything you could need (with a couple of exceptions). If you have kids, this is a great home because of the big yard, trampoline, playground set, and tons of games/toys in the house. Loved how convenient the house was to the ski resorts; it'd only take us 30 minutes to drive to the resorts when there was no traffic (1h-3h when there is traffic, but there's not really anything that you can do about that). The few things that I'd note - there's no access to the garage, which isn't a huge deal, but being able to use the garage could be nice if there's lots of snow in the forecast. We also had some trouble finding cooking oil at first, but the kitchen is very well stocked and has lots of supplies (spices, food storage, pots/pans, etc). Lastly, I wasn't able to find a hair dryer (but I didn't ask the host about it either, so not a big deal). The host was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, and is even kindly returning some things that we accidentally left behind. Would definitely recommend this home and would consider staying here again for future visits to SLC!
