The home is brand new as are all the beds, furniture and appliances. This is a walkout basement with 9 foot ceilings that is completely separate from the rest of the home, there are no interior stairs or doors that lead to the space. It also has its own garage and temperature control.
Large dining table with seating for 8. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and hanging mirror. Large TV with couch seating in the living area.
Close to all amenities. minutes to Big and Little Cottonwood

Space was clean, Spacious and comfortable. Host was very responsive. We had 6 of us stay and never felt cramped. I will say that the listing is a little misleading. This is not a private home, or a home at all, but a walk out basement below a home and not what we were expecting. In the description you can find this at the bottom. There is definite noise traffic from guests up above and we could here talking, and sometimes it felt like they were right next to us. The noise stops after about 8pm, so it never was a big issue, but it definitely wasn't a private residence. The rate was good, and I'd go back again, but I thought you should know what you are signing up for, incase you wanted it a little more private.

UT Ski Trip

What a perfect place and location. Just minutes to mouth of Little CC (Snowbird/Alta). The apartment was huge especially for only 3 of us, but could easily fit many more. Had everything we needed and more, plus all the shopping/restaurants 5 min down the road. The garage was an unexpected bonus when it dumped snow for 2 nights in a row. Hope the price doesn’t go up too much for this hidden gem.

We booked this home for our stay for a wedding. It’s very clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient for a family. It’s very quiet and private. The check in and check out process was very simple and very well explained. Whenever we go back to Utah we will definitely be booking this place again.

Great Granite Getaway

Spent a wonderful few days in the SLC area exploring, eating and visiting with friends. This was a great place to recuperate at the end of the day. Nice neighborhood, calm and quiet. Well outfitted for a stay with stocked kitchen and laundry. As well as single car garage so no worries for your vehicle.

Great Stay!

A wonderful space to spend a week while skiing. The location was very convenient to Alta and Snowbird. Lots of space, comfortable living, and the kitchen was perfect for making our own meals. Our next trip to the area, we will look to stay here again.
