The UHC MIRAMAR NAUTIC apartment with capacity for up to 6 people is one of our most exclusive apartments in Salou. It has been completely renovated and decorated with an elegant and contemporary style where every detail has been designed to offer you a luxury stay facing the sea.

It is a penthouse with a large living room with large windows with access to the large terrace with awnings and the best views of the sea and the Salou marina.

Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. Super gelegen und toller Blick!

Leider sind die Bilder „sehr optimistisch“ gemacht. In Realität ist die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist aber sehr gut mit Induktionsherd und es gibt eine zentrale Klimaanlage/Heizung. Die Schlafräume sind ok. Der kleine Kinderraum vorne mit den Betten übereinander ist aber etwas „grenzwertig“. Die Bäder sind ziemlich klein. Die Dusche im Duschbad funktioniert aber sehr gut. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung aber ok (wenn auch etwas zu teuer für das Gebotene).
