From this apartment, you will enjoy the most spectacular sea views in Salou.
It is located in the Cap Salou area right on the cliffs of the Cova del Lladre and the Roca Falconera and very close to the Salou Lighthouse.
Legend says that pirates used to disembark here to make surprising attacks. In the surrounding area, you will also find the Reguerot cove, with its pebble shore sheltered by rocks. If you are an adventurer, go into the Cova del Lladre. You can only access the beach through an underground passage. A really beautiful corner of Salou.
In front of the building there is a stone platform for sunbathing and a stairway leading down to the sea for swimming.
The nearest sandy beach is Cala Crancs (600m away).

Potentiel inexploité
L’appartement fait partie d’une construction massive de 9 ou 10 étages et date des années 60-70.
Il est au 8e, la vue est sublime, la terrasse est grande. Les chambres et les pièces de vie sont grandes également.
Mais…
Pas de Clim, pas de ventilateur, pas de stores, ce qui fait que c’est impossible de petit déjeuner ou de déjeuner l’été sur la terrasse. Les nuits sont très chaudes, sans air.
La résidence peut parfois être très bruyante (population de Salou…).
Gros soucis: les 3 chambres donnent sur l’extérieur et les fenêtres ne possèdent pas de garde-corps. De plus, les volets ferment à peine. Si vous avez des enfants en bas-âge, évitez.
Le mobilier est vieillot. On s’attend à mieux au vu des tarifs.Vraiment.

Très bel endroit et appartement sympa
Bel appartement, bien équipé, avec le levé du soleil sur la méditerranée en prime, deux plages de sable très proches et une, avec du galet juste en bas. Il ne manque que la climatisation, qui serait appréciable la nuit, quand ça ne descend pas en dessous de 25° même les fenêtre ouvertes.
