The Space:
Looking for a perfect vacation with family or friends? Look no further! Our vacation rental offers a private heated pool (open from June to September, and possibly May depending on the weather), a private bocce ball court (equipment provided for free), and a fully fenced yard of 2000 square meters.

On the first floor, the house includes:

* A bright and open kitchen (equipment includes refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, and kettle)
* A spacious living room
* A TV room that can also be used as a bedroom for 2 people (with a comfortable sofa bed)
* A large bathroom with a toilet, equipped with a washing machine and dryer

On the second floor, you will find 3 bedrooms:
* A bedroom with a queen-size bed (memory foam mattress)
* A bedroom with a double bed (memory foam mattress) and a comfortable chair that can be turned into a bed for a child
* An office space with a sofa bed that can easily be transformed into a bedroom (with a comfortable sofa bed)

There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.

Free wifi is available throughout the house. Parking is available on the fully fenced private property.

The pool is secured according to current regulations (with a rolling shutter).

In the summertime, you can enjoy the outdoor furniture (table and chairs for dining on the terrace, outdoor lounge, and sun loungers) and use the barbecue.

The private bocce ball court is also lit up for late-night games in the summer.

The house, which dates back to 1901, remains cool in the summer without the need for air conditioning.

The house and yard are exclusively for the use of the guests.

Important things to note:

Amid the COVID-19 epidemic, we ensure that the vacation rental is cleaned and sanitized according to government recommendations.

Late check-ins are possible with an additional fee.

Upon arrival, you will find the basic necessities you need before going on vacation, such as dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.

Linens (dish towels and bath mats) are included.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate as our guests typically prefer to save on this cost. However, a complete set of bed linens and bath towels can be purchased as an optional add-on for €100 per stay. It can be ordered and paid for after booking.

An obligatory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged upon booking and covers disinfection and preparation of the house between guests. However, the house must not be left dirty upon departure. We kindly request that our guests leave the house in the same condition as they found it upon arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, empty refrigerator and cabinets, no visible dirt, garbage removed, etc.). If the house is left dirty, the guest will be charged an extra fee of €35/hour from their security deposit for the additional cleaning time. The guest will be promptly notified via messaging platforms, SMS, or email with photos and/or videos. We also offer an optional package for guests who do not want to worry about cleaning before their departure. This "complete cleaning" package is charged at €30/hour.
