The home is perfectly positioned next to a local park and the scenic Transpennine Trail, offering fantastic opportunities for walking, cycling, and enjoying green spaces. A short stroll also brings you to the River Mersey, with a picturesque route toward the Bridgewater Canal.

This well-maintained home features a wraparound garden with mature shrubs and a private, peaceful seating area-perfect for a morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
