Terrible we checked out straight away

Booked this place as it was 3 star but seemed to be a 2 star hostal when we arrived. we needed air con, parking and pet friendly. We arrived to no parking space so we drove round for a long time then had to pay for parking even though their page says on site garage. When we arrived it was hot and we spent about 2 hours trying to get the air con working for them to say it just blows air, it’s wasn’t air con and there was none available. Nothing was done to help. No fan provided. I was travelling with a pet with a very thick coat and I struggle with the heat so air con was absolutely necessary. We asked for a refund. They said no and walked off. I had to contact hotels.con for assistance and we received a partial refund and checked out and the drive 6 hours to get to our next destination. Really disappointed with the whole situation
