Great apartment, had everything we needed, air conditioning works well, cooking was easy, the bed was very comfy and the cleaner was brilliant. The pool is great, an oasis after being out and about. The lady who runs the place was friendly and could be contacted night and day. The only downsides have nothing to do with the apartment, the beggars on the street are a pain, as is the rubbish and dog poo. If the government of Cape Verde had any sense, they would use the entry taxes to employ the beggars to help clean the streets. As I said this is nothing to do with the apartment which was perfect for us.
