Great place to stay in Martinique!

Loved the location; easy to walk to restaurants and shops. You can see the ocean from the backyard. I also loved hearing the church bells in the morning and seeing the goats next door. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful; the patio and pool provide a lovely spot to relax. Fabrice was communicative and accommodating with our schedule for check in and check out.

Sejour formidable. La maison est bien située. Elle est à 5 minutes à pied du bourg .idéal pour les courses, acheter du poissons frais.. Tout est à proximité. L'église est juste en face de la maison mais ce n'est absolument pas dérangeant. Le son des cloches n'est pas agressif et rythme la journée.on ne fait même plus attention au fil des jours .Nous étions aux premières loges pour les mariages et autres . Le logement dispose de tout le confort possible. La piece à vivre est spacieuse. L'extérieur, extra pour des soirées chill. La piscine traitée au sel est un vrai plus .Le propriétaire est accueillant et accessible.pot de bienvenue apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour en Martinique et le logement y est pour beaucoup.Merci Mr Chemolle

Super séjour Tout était parfait l’accueil et la sortie. Logement conforme à l’annonce proche de tout. De nombreuses visites à \- 30 min du logement. La piscine est un plus et plus qu’appréciable après une journée de visite ou pour faire une journée au calme à la maison. . Je recommande ce logement.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Fabrice La piscine est très agréable, la maison est grande et bien équipée. On est a 2 min à pied du bord de mer avec les restaurants et les pêcheurs qui vendent du poisson. Le matin on entend les voitures et les cloches de l'église.

Maison typique créole très agréable et spacieuse.Pas de mauvaises surprises, correspond parfaitement à l'annonce.Fabrice est accueillant et sait se faire discret pour l'entretien de la piscine par exemple. Comme déjà dit dans d'autres commentaires, proximité de la nationale et de l'église qui rythme la journée de 6 à 18h 😉 mais normal lorsqu'on choisi d'être au coeur de la ville.Restaurants , boutiques et plage à proximité.Adresse à conseiller.

maison à Ste luce

La maison se situe à 2 min de la mer à Ste Luce et à qq mètres de l'église et de la 4 voies. les + : très propre, fonctionnelle, à 2 min à pieds de la mer (plage à 5 min en voiture). parfait pour une balade matinale sur le bord de mer et pouvoir acheter du poisson aux pêcheurs. Nous n'avons utilisé que 2 fois la piscine car nous avons passé nos journées en visites. L'église à côté pour assister à de beaux services. l'hôte est adorable et fléxible. Les - : la 4 voies et l'église. Une chambre donne sur le parvis de l'église et les clochent sonnent à 6h. Pas un soucis pour les adultes, mais difficile pour les enfants qui auraient bien dormis beaucoup plus longtemps. Donc pensez aux boules quies pour minimiser le bruit.

Nous venons de passer 10 jours en famille dans cette belle villa, très bien située sur les hauteurs de Sainte-Luce, à 2 pas des restaurants, centre de plongée, boutiques… (petit conseil, préférez Waze à Google si vous ne voulez pas tourner en rond pour la trouver!). Un excellent séjour. Villa spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Un superbe espace extérieur terrasse/piscine très apprécié de tous. Un propriétaire sympathique et réactif en cas de nécessité. Merci Fabrice pour votre accueil et disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Location très agréable, bien situé pour visiter l'île. Facile à trouver grâce à Waze mais surtout pas utiliser Google maps sinon vous allez tourner en rond. Ce sera un plaisir de revenir.

Maison parfaite pour notre famille !

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. La maison est parfaite pour les vacances. Nous avions de l’espace, les chambres sont agréables, la pièce de vie nous a permis d’accueillir des invités sans problème, le carbet est idéal pour l’apéro et la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. De plus, Fabrice est très sympa. Il nous a reçu avec Ti-punch pour les adultes et jus pour les enfants. Si nous nous en avons l’occasion nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Très jolie maison

La maison est grande et très bien aménagée. Il y a tout le nécessaire en cuisine : four, micro onde , cafetière senseo ect….manque un lave vaisselle à mon goût . Les chambres sont climatisées, et de bonnes tailles, malheureusement elles donnent côté rue la N5 passe à côté et il y a du bruit jour et nuit . La piscine et le carbet sont un plus bien agréable , la piscine à l eau salée est très agréable . Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances et je recommande sans hésiter cette location.

Very nice stay with an amazing garden and view

It was a lovely stay in this holiday home, near the bars, restaurants and shops of St. Luce. Although a lot of the spots seems permanently closed (due to the Covid crisis of the last years?). The house offers a panoramic view on the environment and the sea of St. Luce and has a nice tropical garden with an amazing swimming pool. It indeed even seems better than at the site pictures... :-) There are two nice climatized rooms and a 'tropical' style atmosphere in the living room and the parlor... a seperate pool cabana is located with an amazing view. The equipment is basic but you all have you need for to make this a nice holiday here! It is also a great location for excursions of the island of Martinique and to discover the nice beaches (also for runners, plungers and swimmers). The owner is very kind and helpful! We certainly recommand this to stay and will come back one day!
