Pleasant stay in Martinique
The property is pleasant and simple but offers a really enjoyable Martinique and St Annes stay. The walk to the town and beach was short and pleasant. The local folks who also lived on Les Oiseaux were very courteous and friendly and the area felt very safe.
Only 2 items of caution: Although the house sleeps 5, one bed is in the living area so only good for 5 people for a short while.
The other is that the internet connection hardly worked for unclear reasons so if you are vacationing and need the internet to be reliable for work or study during your stay then this is not the place to be. In fact, this is probably not a specific criticism of Aimee but in general of VRBO. I would suggest that if the internet is listed as available then there ought to be a description of the reliability because although in an ideal world we would vacation without needing the internet the reality is that many need to stay connected.
However, the house was and neighbourhood were wonderful and we enjoyed every morning and evening our meals outside in the garden eating fresh produce bought locally.
